Tracy, ( I think is his name) examined the furnace and A/C thoroughly. He wrote down everything that needed to be fixed. He explained it to me so that I could understand. And he estimated the cost of fixing it. Neither of the other two companies that I contacted did either a full check up nor an estimate to fix. When the cost of fixing was close to buying a new one, I asked for a quote. Since he enjoyed fixing , he regretted that I decided to buy. AAA had sent an HVAC specialist ,Rob Quinn, along with the technician to do the estimate. The other two companies did not do this. Mr. Quinn understood that I wanted to consider things and talk with my daughter before committing. He even offered to return after my daughter got home from work! We simply arranged a phone call later and he sent the specifics to my email and followed up with more answers. So I agreed to purchase from AAA.
