AAA Plumbing in Denver, CO

When my AC went down I called AAA service Plumbing Heating & Electric. They made an appointment for me right away. Emilo G, Michael K, Michael L and Anthony L all responded out as a team to my residence. They were amazing! While showing me the parts that were damaged to my air condition and showing me parts that were wearing on my furnace, they detected the odor of gas. When they asked me about it, I explained that I had Xcel come out to check for a leak over a year ago. Xcel had been unable to locate a leak and said that it must be the furnace. I didn’t think anything else of it. These gentlemen were not going to let it rest. They didn’t feel that it was right , that there shouldn’t be the odor of gas in the basement. They went above and beyond and actually located the leak inside of my far basement wall. I was very impressed with all four of them. They explained and took apart my air-conditioning and furnace, located a gas leak, and presented me with a reasonable estimate on all of the repairs that were needed. That same night they had a technician come out and repair the gas leak in my basement. I wish I could remember his name and I apologize for not remembering it, but he was also amazing. He explained everything that was going on with repair and was very knowledgeable in everything that he was doing. When the installers Kevin and Isaac came to put in my new air condition and furnace, they were punctual and very professional. They were very friendly and very knowledgeable. They came in early in the morning and stayed until the job was finished. Even though it was a weekend, they stayed late to make sure the job was done and that my house would be cool and comfortable for the rest of the weekend. What an amazing team! From scheduling, to estimating, to installing, everyone was incredible and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. I would recommend AAA Service, plumbing heating and electric to anyone in my family, to any of my friends and to anyone who was looking for a competent and reputable company.
