Braxton from AAA provided exceptional service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and narrowed in on the issue we were experiencing very quickly. His recommendations for repair options were thoughtful and low pressure. I wouldn’t hesitate to call AAA again.
Tristin Dudley was courteous and thoughtful from first putting the booties over his shoes to keep my carpet clean to the whole visit. Didn't take him long to do the whole job and he cleaned up the mess, didn't mind my watching him work! He replaced a pipe that was leaking into the ceiling tile. He looked at some other piping but didn't think we needed to do anything else now. While I hate spending $980 something, including the 100 buck credit for not coming yesterday, I was glad to have competent Tristin do the work so pleasantly. Thanks for Tristin!! He's fairly new to you so keep him on! He gives AAA a positive image!
Richard O was excellent. He took his time to ensure our system was assessed correctly on a Saturday in the 90 degree heat. While the repairs were more expensive than I would hope, I was still grateful for his expertise and insight to get things in working condition.
My sewer system failed in my basement. I called AAA, and they came out that very afternoon, first Aiden then Tyler W., who confirmed the sewer line failure. The next day the crew of Edgar, Alex, Aaron, and Alejandro, I believe was his name, came out and worked all day removing the old sewer pipes and replacing it with the PVC pipes. The next day, a Saturday, they came back out to finish the project by cementing over the sewer line trenches they had dug. Everyone mentioned above was very courteous, professional, and answered all my questions as they went along. I am very happy with the results, and I would definitely recommend AAA service for any plumbing needs you may have!!
