My furnace stopped working and I was able to get an technician out to my house very quickly to get the issue diagnosed. Due to the repair cost and the age of my furnace I decided to get it replaced. I had a great experience working with Michael L, Emilio G, Julian R, and Miguel R to get my issue diagnosed, and a new furnace quoted and installed. It has been working great for about a week now.
DeShawn and his co-worker were great. I have now used Aaa Services for a new electric panel, some repairs to our heater and now; a plumbing inspection.
Although, they did no additional plumbing work, the plumbing was definitely the best. We mentioned that we were soon to be selling the house, and would not do any new work unless absolutely necessary. We are members of Aaa loyalty program, and we understand that it (and all the Aaa warranties) can be transferred to whoever buys our house.
Sometimes, it feels like the crews from Aaa are highly incentivized to upsell things that aren’t really necessarily, and their prices can be a bit high. However, DeShawn and his partner compiled a very good list of things that might would be pointed out in a home inspection. Nothing earth shattering. We will discuss these items with the new home buyer, and make adjustments in the selling price, if necessary. We will certainly recommend Aaa Services to whomever buys our house.
