AAA got our sewer line evaluated, quoted, and fixed in less than 5 days. Sam (plumbing guru), scoped the line where another company failed, walked us through the issue, different options to fix, pros and cons of each, and helped determine an acceptable path forward to handle the bill. The team was careful to not take out a retaining wall during the process and did a great job with site cleanup. A job that big I thought would take a few days, took only 1. I'll definitely be using them again for other projects around the house. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

We had a fairly significant issue arise with our furnace… it briefly caught fire! AAA had a new furnace installed the same day. Then after that it was diagnosed that due to the age and size of the ductwork we had in our home (built in 1962) the old HVAC was twice the size we needed and was actually working against us and air was actually stalling and following back into the blower… go figure. AAA got us setup with an appropriately sized HVAC system. Then, yes, then, our electrical panel was out of code and the house wasn’t grounded. Within a day they came out and upgraded the whole panel and made sure the house was not only compliant but safe. Also, we had to have a shower valve replaced… it was a busy week to say the least. Bruce was our AAA plumber and did an incredible job. We had a ton of techs out each one was great. Bruce Spencer Ryan Eddie Brian Alex Jimmy And the furnace technicians were all incredibly professional.

He corrected the faulty boiler installation that was performed by different AAA professionals a few months prior, and which was plaguing our family/home. I did a total “do it yourself” fail and twisted my old bathtub diverter right off its copper pipe. We have one bathroom. 100 year old house. The person who set up the appointment was extremely helping in explaining pricing and getting me set up quickly. Jason and Damian, the technicians who came out, were pleasant and professional. They even arrived a few minutes earlier than expected! I'll definitely use AAA Service again. Update 02/25/2021: We've been struggling with another slow drain issue for the past week. AAA Service was able schedule service for us within 24 hrs of calling. Isiah and Josh were able to clear the line quickly and get our sewer line working properly. Thanks again, AAA, for providing friendly and professional technicians! Update 12/28/2025: Went to the basement to do laundry this morning and discovered another backup of water in the laundry room. It’s a Sunday AND a holiday weekend so I didn’t expect to get help today. But it just goes to show what great service AAA has. Their technician, Jimmy, was able to get here within just a few hours and clear the line quickly. (The tree in the front yard was thirsty this year!) He was extremely professional and was able to answer all of my questions. He even cleaned up the mess that was made while removing the toilet! (I’ve had other plumbing companies leave it for me to do.) Over the years, I’ve really appreciated the excellent customer service that the employees of AAA provide.

I worked with Rodney Jeffers and this has been the best experience I’ve ever had by an electrician by far. I was shown how different parts of my house electrical system worked together and even showed me where some of my wiring was connected this was way above and beyond what was needed. I would highly recommend having him assist in all electrical needs.

I spoke to their rep. that deals with these matters specifically at a later date whose name was Ms. Rachel. Not the same personable experience as talking with Ms. Angela but she did rectify the matter. She sent Carlos F. and he was great. Honestly everyone I've dealt with – Richard O., Anthony L., Carlos, Will, have all been great with exception of Jeremiah G. I would recommend this company. **Initial Review** Jeremiah G basically strong-armed me for a review. I signed up for the happy home club membership and was told I get a free drain clean. He came in and made an assessment did not clean the drain I requested because he felt it wasn't necessary. Then he said if I don't leave a review he'll be forced to charge me an $80 service fee. I was in a bit overwhelmed and gave him my phone and said you leave it. The man went and took a picture of my bathroom, put it on the internet and tried to leave a review at two of your locations. Not happy with that guy. I've had other great people from this company show up and perform inspections so far. The rating really just reflects how I feel about Jeremiah's "service" call.

Pretty sure we're going to be AAA customers for life. AAA has handled our sewer line issues and the subsequent (major) repair work. They have also handled all of the plumbing/gas/electrical work involved in getting us set up with our new water heater, and we are currently working with them to decide on the best option for the future of our HVAC system. They do fantastic work, but what I appreciate the most is that they take the time to explain things in a way that I, very much a layman, can understand. I never feel that they are rushing me, or just looking for a sale, they always explain the details of how different systems work, which means a lot to me - I feel like I can make a more informed decision instead of just kinda panicking into a bad choice. And this has been consistent with everyone at AAA I have interacted with. AAA feels like they are in it for a long-term relationship, and not just a quick buck. And in my experience, everyone wins that way. You're doing it right, AAA! I had an emergency repair so I had to call AAA to see if they could send someone out same day. At first they said they didn’t have anyone available to come out same day but when I explained my situation they worked with me and got someone out within a couple of hours. DeShawn was a fabulous tech and very personable. The price wasn’t what I would have expected but I guess that’s the downside of having an emergency request. Had it been more reasonably priced, I would have gladly given it 5 stars.

We have been AAA customers since we moved into our house in April. They have been super helpful in addressing problems as they have come up. This week we have replaced HVAC system, a toilet and flange, and an electrical panel. Pedro G, Brian F, Michael, Tyler R., Emilio G, Braxton E., Garret Y., and Brian C got us all set up to be safe and clean in our new home. Every one was so friendly and helpful. We appreciate them!

Extremely happy with the services performed by the team at AAA this past week. First Spencer Dunnington and Levi Buzbee came by the house to perform an electrical inspection and HVAC service. Both were very kind and professional in their inspections and recommendations. Then Jay Parker, in his plumbing inspection, noted that our hot water heater needed immediate attention. The team mobilized immediately to replace the unit that same day. Parker Terry provided the estimate to replace the unit and recommended additional electrical and plumbing upgrades to make our home safer as well. Joe Sotelo and David Pineda worked tirelessly to install the new water heater, in addition to the other upgrades, that same day and did great work for us. The following day, Tyler Wuthrich inspected our sewer and recommended a water jetting of the line. Andrew Espinoza and Jorge Gallegos again mobilized that same day and did great work! Overall very pleased with the service of AAA!

Electricians replaced my panel and every socket and switch in my house, all were courteous and very efficient. They explained what they were doing and answered all my questions. Spencer Dunnington came back the next day to finish and did a great job.

Really appreciate AAA Plumbing and Heating. Last year at this time my furnace went out and they took phenomenal care of me! This year it's the hot water heater and I immediately called AAA Plumbing and Heating! Amber was able to get a plumber out to me same day, even though they are extremely busy. Jay Parker came out ..he arrived on time and was beyond helpful and professional. He got my new water heater installation scheduled for Sunday and he located the water box outside my house for shut off because it had been overgrown by my grass! He's a an all-around great guy and really cares about his customers! I cannot say enough good things about this company, Amber and Jay. They truly care about their customers and go over and above to ensure their customers are well taken care of and happy! Thank you for the great service! I will continue to use them in the future for anything else that may come up!

Joe and Justin were amazing! They replaced my gas pipes in one day and handled everything with ease. My house is very old so the area in my crawlspace is not ideal. Their quality of work is excellent. Both were super nice and answered all my questions. I won’t hire anytime else. Thank you!

AAA is awesome. We discovered water pouring into our living room at 5 AM, called the 24 hour phone number and they had someone out at 10 AM. Super fast service. Carlos showed up and was super friendly and explained his findings very clearly. We were referred to their restoration company who called within 15 minutes and scheduled a same day appointment. My daughter accidentally flushed an entire roll of toilet paper down the toilet, and I was sure it was going to be a big (and expensive) problem. The two techs that serviced my furnaces were very polite and efficient. Nick explained what they they did and the various parts and plans that were available to upgrade the furnaces and maintenance AAA offered. Some of what they described was out of reach financially, but if I could afford it I very well might have signed on. Will use their services next fall.

Pretty sure we're going to be AAA customers for life. AAA has handled our sewer line issues and the subsequent (major) repair work. They have also handled all of the plumbing/gas/electrical work involved in getting us set up with our new water heater, and we are currently working with them to decide on the best option for the future of our HVAC system. They do fantastic work, but what I appreciate the most is that they take the time to explain things in a way that I, very much a layman, can understand. I never feel that they are rushing me, or just looking for a sale, they always explain the details of how different systems work, which means a lot to me - I feel like I can make a more informed decision instead of just kinda panicking into a bad choice. And this has been consistent with everyone at AAA I have interacted with. AAA feels like they are in it for a long-term relationship, and not just a quick buck. And in my experience, everyone wins that way. You're doing it right, AAA! I suspect that most of the folks there are worthy of appreciation, but I can only call out the folks that have worked on my projects/repairs so far. Tony and Alex saved Christmas for me! Due to unexpected events, my bank account was already overdrawn. Then, my control board went out on a three year old furnace. The original installers weren't willing to work with me. Tony S went above and beyond to give not only the gift of heat, but also kept it at a price where I could afford some gifts for my kids. I was such a relief not to have to choose between fixing the furnace and celebrating the holiday. I'm so grateful to both of you!

Z was our hero of the year we were going without much needed outlets for so long we wish we called him sooner. I also need to add that he was so incredibly respectful to both me and my husband and even though he was here on a Sunday night and we were late to get home he was so happy to be here to help.
