You don't always wake up one morning and know you're going to drop some serious coin and have to replace your entire HVAC system and electrical panel, but it happens. And of course, it happens on the coldest day of the year. These guys came out and worked late in the day through until 10 at night and didn't leave until they had me all squared away. The whole time they were happy and friendly and totally rocked it. A huge thank you to the AAA HVAC crew: Eddie, Michael, Tony, Pedro, and Boone; and the Electricians: David, Joey. Each one of them did an absolutely stellar, top-notch job, and I couldn't be happier. I also want to call out the killer work DeShawn did installing a new ionizer to reduce mineral build up in my system after I had a water leak, and also a leak detector and shutoff valve and a new pressure regulator. Just like the HVAC and electrical guys, DeShawn did an outstanding job and got me sorted.

We have been using AAA services for a good few years now and I have yet to have a bad experience. Whether it be when I have to call in to make an appointment, or when I have people coming by. Everyone has been really great over the years. My recent interactions with AAA personnel include Biviana (or Viviana, I am not too certain how she spells her name), and Joe Ortega (from the handy notification texts), and they were both fantastic. Biviana called to double-check on how the service that Joe performed went the prior day, and Joe was very thorough in his explanations about my HVAC unit. All in all, it was a great experience 🙂 Update 2026.01.22 - We got some work done in the last few days and as always, they have been fantastic. AAA got our sewer line evaluated, quoted, and fixed in less than 5 days. Sam (plumbing guru), scoped the line where another company failed, walked us through the issue, different options to fix, pros and cons of each, and helped determine an acceptable path forward to handle the bill. The team was careful to not take out a retaining wall during the process and did a great job with site cleanup. A job that big I thought would take a few days, took only 1. I'll definitely be using them again for other projects around the house. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

We had a fairly significant issue arise with our furnace… it briefly caught fire! AAA had a new furnace installed the same day. Then after that it was diagnosed that due to the age and size of the ductwork we had in our home (built in 1962) the old HVAC was twice the size we needed and was actually working against us and air was actually stalling and following back into the blower… go figure. AAA got us setup with an appropriately sized HVAC system. Then, yes, then, our electrical panel was out of code and the house wasn’t grounded. Within a day they came out and upgraded the whole panel and made sure the house was not only compliant but safe. Also, we had to have a shower valve replaced… it was a busy week to say the least. Bruce was our AAA plumber and did an incredible job. We had a ton of techs out each one was great. Bruce Spencer Ryan Eddie Brian Alex Jimmy And the furnace technicians were all incredibly professional.

Had AAA come out because I had some work that needed to be done. I've had some issues with AAA in the past, even though they at one time had excellent service. We had experienced a water line break on News Year's afternoon. Being a holiday no one was willing to come out. When I called AAA, AJ jumped through hoops to find a tech to come out and repair our water line. Kris showed up 30 minutes later and had the break repaired. AAA demonstrated true customer service. They will be our first call next time if we need any service in the future.

Also Nancy who answered the phone in the morning was a real person not automated and she was amazing. Hoping to be up and running in a couple of days.

AAA was able to send out a technician the same day as I was going out of town the next day. I really appreciate Carlos Flores taking the time to identify the problem (turned out not to be a clogged drain but my washer). He was very professional and I highly recommend him!
