5/14/26 - this is a new review for Electrician, Spencer Dunnington who came out to inspect my bathroom exhaust fan that quit working after they replaced my electrical panel some time ago, and then turned itself on again after a long time. I couldn’t turn it off and always worry about electrical issues. Turns out it was the countdown timer controlling the fan and not related to the panel replacement. I had purchased a new switch just in case but was fully prepared to receive a ridiculous estimate to install it. Much to my surprise and delight, Spencer had the support of AAA to “take care of it/take care of me”. Thank you! Rob Quinn and Ryan Strock came for a furnace inspection today. They did a great job getting my furnace up to code and working efficiently. I feel confident with the work they did. But more importantly they were both very friendly and made the experience a pleasant one. AAA is not cheap but you get what you pay for and their work is always top notch. Rob and Ryan are an asset to the AAA family. Thanks guys!!! 😊

I'm a caretaker to my 81 year old grandmother that is disabled and has a heart condition. We came into our situation by the home warranty insurance not covering the "wear and tear" of our sewer pipe in the front yard. The project was daunting and a little bit of a nightmare for me, never being in this situation before. We called AAA, they came within a few hours of us calling and sent out Adien. Very knowledgeable and very helpful young man. He had to call in some help due to the pipe being collapsed, Sam, a master plumber was sent out. I have to say he was a Godsend! Sam spent a great deal of time with us explaining and answering our questions and guiding us through the process to get this fixed! Sam was more than happy and willing to go above and beyond to help us. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, informative, insightful, highly skilled, efficient, friendly and professional at everything he did to help us through this process! DeShawn Anderson and his assistant were very helpful in explaining the repair process and associated costs. They went the extra mile needed to provide the warranty company with the information for repairs reimbursement. Will be hiring them and AAA for other work in the future!

Replacement and installation of two Toto toilets. Our 1950s Mid Century Modern house always presents unexpected challenges but working with Sean Hall solved those problems.

Deshawn originally came out to look at plumbing issues we had and was very friendly and considerate about our sleeping baby. He was willing to work with us on some issues and was very quick at servicing our sump pump. After signing up for their happy home service (which I’m glad I did) we had Morgan and Alejandro come out to service our water heater and furnace. With being first time home owners and buying the house we did not anticipate there being any other major issues but turns out we had a fairly old furnace and water heater. Morgan and Alejandro were both very good at explaining the issues with them and helped us figure out the best path forward with getting it fixed/replaced. Zack also was able to come by to help break down costs and order the replacement systems we needed.

"Highly recommend AAA Services. I can’t say enough good things about them. My elderly mother let me know that her water wasn’t getting hot. I contacted AAA Services and explained the problem. They scheduled a same day appointment to look at it. I received a text message that included pictures of the technicians letting me know Nick & Brandon were about 10 minutes away. They  quickly diagnosed the problem. Mom needs a new water heater because hers was almost 12 years old. They explained her options without selling her more than she needed. Their recommendation was perfect for her needs and budget. We thought she would have to wait awhile for the install but they said they could do it right away. Juan arrived on time and got right to work. Before we knew it he was finished. He took time to explain the warranty and the importance of yearly check ups. I can’t speak highly enough about my experience with AAA. I was in manic state trying to figure out why I had water entering my basement. Everywhere I called either didn’t have time to help me for weeks or wanted to charge me just to come and confirm that I had leakage issues. From the moment I picked up the phone and called AAA, their team made me feel like my water issue was just as important to them as it was to me. The plumbing manager, JC, was kind, compassionate, and fast-moving. Within minutes I had appointment for the next morning. Early the next day, Dominick and Carlos showed up at my house first thing. They too were very helpful and resolved the issue right away. The best part is that the resolution wasn’t the original fix we thought it was. Instead, it was a minor repair, likely saving me tens of thousands of dollars. Their honesty and integrity is very much appreciated. Thank you AAA team!

UPDATE--Rachel reached out personally to talk through my concerns and proposed an acceptable resolution. Customer service is obviously important to them, and the new toilet was in and functional within a few hours of when I first called. Thanks for making it right. Service is good but pricing is absolutely ridiculous. $775 to replace the “guts” in the toilet tank, or $1100 to replace with a new American Standard toilet, which doesn’t include the service fee. I replaced the components in my dad’s toilet in 2 hours for $80 just a few weeks ago. But they were available same day and I guess that’s worth something. The plumber did a good job communicating and the tenant seems happy with the new toilet but holy smokes, someone made bank on this job.

AAA needed to come in and replace a sewage line and all plumbing in my slab on concrete home. They had to dig through concrete within my home. The job was done in 4 days with Carlos coming in both Saturday and Sunday to finish the job. He was able to pull back almost all of the carpet in my home in a way that I was able to pull it back. My furniture was protected and no personal property was damaged. They also reinstalled my toilet and washer and were able to avoid destruction to my kitchen. Tyler was my master plumber and he was excellent. He was honest, forthright, and wanted the best for me and my home. I highly recommend AAA. They made an awful experience not so bad.

Z was our technician to find the electrical issues and fix our whole house fan in one trip. He was personable and professional. We’d definitely utilize him again.

I had used AAA Service in the past. They came for a Home Service Club Member HVAC inspection. They told me my HVAC Heat and Air Conditioning was going to be costly to repair (13 years old even though I hadn't had any problems or air concerns). They sent three people over to my house and sold me a new system. It was a one day install. Long story short: I had issues with the equipment overnight, I couldn't get help that night as I had expected to. I will say that Rachael called the next day and made this right, elevated this to management and helped me get the equipment issue fixed and helped compensate me for my time. One person can go the distance to repair customer service and she did.

We had AAA come replace a leaking flange on our toilet that had damaged our floor. They replaced the floor and flange very quickly. When we thought there was an issue with the placement of the flange in conjunction with the new flooring, our AAA technician Greg Thompson, came first thing, assured us there was no issue and even placed the toilet to give us peace of mind. Top notch! I highly recommend!
