Jeremiah and Emilio handled my HVAC needs while Sean handled all my plumbing related needs. They were able to come out at the same time to look at several HVAC and plumbing related issues as well as installation of a bidet toilet. Since I am AAA member I called the day before and they were able to schedule all three technicians to come out at 10am the next morning. They walked me through the current problem, all possible solutions, and were straightforward in price as well as the results I should expect for each option. I highly recommend Jeremiah, Emilio, and Sean.

Fast, kind and affordable service

AAA Heating and Plumbing is an amazing company! The best there is! They are honest, timely, considerate and go above and beyond!
They are the best! I needed them to switch out a furnace filter for me because I live out of state now. There system is that they will do it for free as a part of any service. But, this is where AAA kicks ass! I did not have the filter on hand or now the size because the unit was just replaced in full. They came out for a $39 furnace service and the technician would then need to get the filter size and go get one from Home Depot and put it in. Again, not there normal service but they are just trying to find a way to help me in need. When the technician arrives the filter service ends up being a bit more expensive then I was lead to believe it would be when I scheduled it. Now, the tech is there, I desperately need this filter changed and certainly dont feel good about the quote... This when my technician, Mark Scofield, swooped in to save the day. Before I could even finish my sentence he said, "But don't worry we got you." He did the service, ran to get a filter and replace it and they charged me $39 for everything!!! Wait what you say? I know who does that anymore? Don't worry, we got you and free of charge! ABSOLUTE HEROES!

A little about our story: our parents immigrated to the United States with very little support, knowledge, or resources. Despite the challenges, they always managed to make ends meet and, most importantly, put a roof over their family’s heads. It wasn’t fancy or luxurious, but it was enough.

It started as a leak under my sink. I joined the Happy Home Club. So, I had my furness, A/c and hot water inspection. Bad all around. I wish all of this would have been told to me before I bought my house last year, but live and learn. These techs from AAA were so professional and made it easy to get through. Not a cheap fix, but the payment plan softened the blow. I truly value everyone who made this a easier time. Unfortunately, being a homeowner is an expensive thing to be. When things breakdown, they have to be replaced. HVAC and hot water heaters are a mandatory fix. AAA is a Godsend. Highly recommend. Do join the Happy Home club. It makes life easier. Half of the power went out on a home that I was contracted to do the siding for. Was worried I hit a wire while nailing plywood to the side of the house. Called AAA and they sent out Z Soule to take a look. He quickly realized that half of the panel lost power, and inspected the main breaker on the meter. Found that the breaker had given out and needed a new one. Z was very professional the entire time and explained everything in detail! If the rest of AAA is as attentive and knowledgeable as Z is, then I will continue to use them for any future issues and projects.

What a great professional company. Carlos Flores was out to solve a backed up sewer drain and handled it with ease. I learned a lot about some issues the homes in my neighborhood can have etc. Carlos is very knowledgable and great to talk to. I probably drove him nuts with questions. I’m writing this review to give a massive shout-out to Greg Thompson. After a frustrating week of "no-answers" regarding our water heater, Greg stepped in and demonstrated what true expertise looks like. The Greg Thompson Difference Less than a week ago, another AAA plumber inspected our water heater and failed to find—or even consider—the root cause of our issue. Even more concerning, this problem should have been caught during any one of our last four annual inspections. Greg diagnosed it almost immediately and had it fixed in no time. If you call AAA, specifically request Greg; he’s the technician this company should be using as their gold standard. Pros: Why I Stay with AAA * Integrity & Warranties: AAA truly stands behind the equipment they sell. They previously replaced a furnace for us that was over-sized for our home’s duct-work, honoring the warranty without dispute. * Customer Service: The telephone scheduling staff are consistently friendly, professional, and competent. * Modern Tech: I appreciate their use of digital tools to track service history, document current work, and streamline payments. * Innovation: Their recent partnership with SmartAC.com is a great addition for proactive monitoring. Cons: Areas for Improvement * Inconsistent Competence: There is a glaringly wide range of skill levels among their HVAC, plumbing, and electrical techs. It shouldn’t be "luck of the draw" whether you get an expert or someone who misses the basics. * Checklist Failures: Technicians frequently seem to skip the standardized checklist during annual inspections, leading to overlooked issues (like my water heater). * Multiple-Visit Syndrome: I’ve experienced a recurring history of needing multiple visits to correctly diagnose and resolve equipment problems. Bottom Line: AAA is a company with great tools and honorable policies, but their service quality is only as good as the technician they send. Greg Thompson is a 5-star pro; I just wish the annual inspections had that same level of rigor.

EDIT: we just had our yearly furnace system checked. We've been members for a few years now and they updated their services for members. Our yearly fee went down and we got these great new sensors on our system and detects issues in real time. Love paying less for more peace of mind! Joe Ortega was our technician and he was great! Branden spent hours at our house tackling some tricky issues and not once gave up. He was polite, professional and made sure everything was done correctly. Highly recommend Branden as an amazing boiler technician. We had a completely new system install which he oversaw his team and did the install himself. Jon was outstanding in troubleshooting and resolving our electrical problem. He was such a nice guy too! Highly recommend AAA and Jon too.

We had Zach and Alex at our home performing an electrical inspection that resulted in an “army” of AAA folks coming to the house the next day. Rodney, Beau, Michael and Hayden upgraded our electrical box to meet our present and future needs, while performing an aluminum wire mediation throughout our house and replacing all light switches and outlets. Our old electrical box looked like a rat’s nest, while the new box is better organized and the breaker switches are accurately labeled. Braxton came out and installed a humidifier to our ventilation system. Whenever we interacted with the crew, they were personable and professional. This is the 2nd time AAA has come out to our house for major installation & repairs. We truly appreciate their timeliness, efficiency, and being so friendly and respectful! Thank you to you all!

Islom Rustamov was excellent with the wok that he did. I explained our issue with the kitchen sink faucet and had him install a new faucet and we changed out the valves on the lines. My only concern was the price to do the work seemed high, I know we received good work that is guaranteed and we will live with the comfort that we had good work done right.

You don't always wake up one morning and know you're going to drop some serious coin and have to replace your entire HVAC system and electrical panel, but it happens. And of course, it happens on the coldest day of the year. These guys came out and worked late in the day through until 10 at night and didn't leave until they had me all squared away. The whole time they were happy and friendly and totally rocked it. A huge thank you to the AAA HVAC crew: Eddie, Michael, Tony, Pedro, and Boone; and the Electricians: David, Joey. Each one of them did an absolutely stellar, top-notch job, and I couldn't be happier. I also want to call out the killer work DeShawn did installing a new ionizer to reduce mineral build up in my system after I had a water leak, and also a leak detector and shutoff valve and a new pressure regulator. Just like the HVAC and electrical guys, DeShawn did an outstanding job and got me sorted.

Anthony Lupo did a fantastic job as our electrical/plumbing inspector. He went above and beyond with his service, even offering to take our the trash. System-wise, he was thorough and knowledgeable.

We had water damage from an old blocked pipe requiring the team from aaa to pull out dry wall and breakthrough the concrete floor to remove the old pipe and replace. Cisco and team got right to work and took time to explain and show me the work they were doing and were able to complete an extensive repair in one day in a very professional way. They did a great job. Really appreciated the work they did and would strongly recommend them to others.

Heating system failed. Called AAA Service Plumbing and they were super responsive, professional, friendly and communicative from the first call, working through replacement options, and all the way through install. First class all around. One of the best service experiences I've ever had. AAA is a model for customer service. Zach and Alejandro were fantastic. They came, addressed issues with our original HVAC system from 1999. Provided repair vs replacement options and we decided to move forward with a new heat pump system. They were very friendly, fun, and knowledgeable.
