I encountered an electrical issue late at night that could have caused significant issues, so I gave AAA a call to schedule an appointment. They were able to get an appointment first thing the next morning to have it evaluated and repaired. Spencer was my technician and from start to finish, he did an AMAZING job! He was thorough in his assessment, gave me multiple problems to address the issue, and got the repairs completed and an entirely new level 1 outlet installed for me in a matter of about three hours. He was very courteous and made the entire experience a positive one!

During our free consultation we found that our electrical wasn't great in our home. Wires pulling out the backs of light switches and outlets and our break box was overheating. AAA service was really there for me when I needed them! The electrician that came out, Richard, was trustworthy, competent and got my light up and running fast! And the HVAC guy, Levi, was amazing too! He installed my new filter, put a smart sensor in and serviced my HVAC system. After having some bad experiences with other companies in Denver, I will definitely be calling AAA again when I need any electric, plumbing or heating for my house! I feel like this company is trustworthy and they all seem to go the extra mile!

Levi came to do our furnace maintenance. There was a bit of dirt that bypassed the filter, so he recommended that we consider the electrically charged filter system. We decided to have that installed, so he came back the next morning for the installation. It should help with our interior air quality. Levi was very professional, helpful and kind.

We recently had to have our breaker box replaced for our house and barn (the breaker box was over 32 years old). AAA did a great job in replacing it, and labeling the switches. This was a big job and they did it all in one day. A big THANK YOU to Joey, Beau, Hayden and David (master Electrician) the team that did this project.

Joe Sotelo was an All Star taking care of a leaking main into our old 1951 home. Really difficult job that required special attention and he made it look easy. He was very good with communication, cleanliness, and doing the job right the first time. I have used AAA 5 times now and each experience has been spot on.

Sorry this is so long but HIRE this company they CARE I had two issues I needed help with. One was a 3 heat duct that was placed right next to each other on the main heat trunk. The first idea was to move the biggest one for a bedroom to a point that was closer to the furnace. Once the tech, Curtis, consulted his trainer he, Chris, came out to my home and gave me an option to move the ceiling register back tword the furnace and ee if that worked, otherwise he would come back and move the duct. This saved me some money if it worked. The second issue was the taste of the tap water after Ryan installed a water softener and filtration systen. The next day Greg Thomson, plumber, came out to see what was causing the taste, Upon recalibrating and checking the water hardness it was determined that everytning was yested as great. He said it might be that since it was installed the day before that it might be the filter, needed to run a few days or the water sofener was cleaning out the copper pipes of the water treatment chemicals that have accumulated inside were being disolved causing the taste problem and it was normal for this to happen. Again let the water being used each day and keep checking. I ask Greg to check my kitchen faucet because the hot water would run for a while and then slowly reduce the flow to none. Upon a number of trials removing check valves on the faucet water lines and checking if they had collasped when they became too hot from the water. Once Greg had removed the checkvalves the hot water ran normally. Bottem line all the techs said that if anything started to be a problem again they would be out to fix it to my satisfation.

Greg Thompson is an amazing plumber - a true professional that deserves 10 stars if that were possible. After multiple unanswered pleas to the company (zero stars) over a 3-day period of water seeping into our basement, Greg arrived on scene and not only quickly addressed the broken pump issue, ran out to pick up the replacement part and installed and fixed the issue within a few hours. He also clearly explained the issue and clearly answered any questions we had. We are so thankful that he was the one that finally came to our rescue. Additionally, on a separate service call, Joe Ortega did an excellent job regarding our annual air-conditioner inspection. He was incredibly thorough and explained everything detail he found, using photos to illustrate the point. We appreciated his time and efforts in educating us with tips for homeowner maintenance.

Late Thursday afternoon we discovered there was a leak under our sink. Rocky came first and then Carlos came to take care of the problem. Each of them was professional and knowledgeable. We especially appreciated the explanation of what went wrong and how they could fix the problem.

I took the day off work to have this done and another company canceled 10 minutes before my appointment window. Called AAA and like magic, John W was at my door to get it done. John was very respectful of my house and made sure my outdoor gates were closed (for my dog) without me even having to ask. Real personable, polite, knew what he was doing…. and got the work done in no time at all….. AAA is a great company to work with…. Shekhar Bhushan Had yet another great experience with Greg Thompson. Friendly, very knowledgeable, did a great job again. Updated two older bathroom plumbing fixtures from all brass to brushed nickel. Had another good service call from AAA…electrician Richard Lewis… very professional, did a thorough inspection of electrical in entire home. The technician was very efficient and professional. Good people skills. The only wrinkle in my experience was the time it took for an actual technician arriving to my house. I called it on a Saturday and he came out Monday evening; otherwise I would’ve given a 5-star rating.

Customer service was excellent and very professional. This was very expensive for the replacement, but I feel I made the right choice going with this company. The installation was on time and within the service window, and the updates made for code compliance were necessary. I appreciate the technicians taking the time to explain everything to me. I can't afford to have them do anything else (at least not for awhile) but I will contact them again, I was favorably impressed with product and work done.
