My husband and I bit off a bit more than we could chew when doing a toilet upgrade. When removing the 20+ year old toilet, turns out there was no flange holding the old toilet to the floor - just wax and a toggle bolt. Not only that, but the new toilet's back would not work with the existing shutoff valve. We called AAA plumbing, and their team came out within 24 hours to give us a quote for the flange install and move the valve, along with a couple other smaller projects we figured we'd tackle at the same time (main water shutoff had been installed with a shark bite by prior owner - replaced, and shutoffs under sink were loose/turn valves not actually shutting off the water, etc). There is definitely a premium price, but they came out within a day of the holiday weekend and the work they did was absolutely top notch, and they followed up with us to make sure everything works. And of course, they guaranteed their repairs. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

He took the time to walk me through the entire inspection of our water system, explaining everything clearly and helping me understand some of the code changes that are expected to come to Colorado in 2029.

We were experiencing an unusual electrical issue that was causing one or two breakers to constantly shut off. Two AAA Service techs (Nick and Z) came to the house and performed a thorough diagnostic. They identified a potential cause and provided us with solutions. The issue was resolved at reasonable cost and have not had an issue since. I don’t normally write reviews, but these guys deserve 10 stars in my book. I set up a service call for my AC unit. When Travis came to inspect everything he found water dripping inside my furnace above all the electrical cables as well as a gas leak. He showed me pictures of everything and kept me posted on all his findings. I’ve owned my townhouse for 20 years. The AC unit was 22 years old and my furnace is 35 years old. For safety reasons alone he was recommending new units for both. My brother, who has worked in HVAC was skeptical of me having a big corporation do a service call, convinced that they try to upsell you. I had him on speaker phone with Travis B. to go over all his findings. My brother was incredibly impressed with Travis’s ethics and everything he said he would try to do to help me. Ultimately, even my brother was in agreement of Travis’s findings. Travis called the project manager, Rob Quinn to come and give me the quote for both a new furnace and AC unit. Again, I put my brother on speaker phone. Again, my brother was impressed with Rob as well. I now have technicians coming today to replace both. While such a big purchase is never easy to swallow, I’m so grateful to these two men to have saved me from a worse outcome. My situation was pretty serious and it’s going to be resolved today!! AAA service was really there for me when I needed them! The electrician that came out, Richard, was trustworthy, competent and got my light up and running fast! And the HVAC guy, Levi, was amazing too! He installed my new filter, put a smart sensor in and serviced my HVAC system. Amelia did the annual maintenance on my A/C and she was awesome!! After having some bad experiences with other companies in Denver, I will definitely be calling AAA again when I need any electric, plumbing or heating for my house! I feel like this company is trustworthy and they all seem to go the extra mile!

We had an AC repair (after hours), and our tech was terrific. He was on time, great communicator, careful, and very knowledgable of the unit and products needed. He was determined to get us back up and running, staying until 10:30p to do so. Very grateful for Ryan Anderson’s help to find us an affordable solution.

Mez was extremely helpful walked me through how the system worked as he was fixing it. He was extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. He fixed our system same day and provided tips to help maintain it better.

We also had Josh and Alex come out and install our smart sensors to help monitor plumbing and HVAC conditions, they where very friendly and included our daughter on their work, she felt very important for helping them and even though she wasn’t that much help it made her day.

I had an unexpected gas leak in the line coming out of my meter. After an unsuccessful effort to get it fixed I called AAA. Ray and Tyler were able to figure out a solution and did an absolutely fantastic job with the repair and explained everything they were seeing and doing. 2026 - Today I had another great experience, this time with Jeremiah. He quickly assessed my slow bathroom drain and solved the problem. He asked questions to assure I didn't have a larger problem at hand, and luckily I did not. Once again I'm happy and appreciative.

2020 - I had a great experience with Gordon Stockman. My appointment was rescheduled twice due to weather and then to accommodate emergency calls. However when my appointment time finally arrived Gordon was kind, provided great explanations, and completed the work (garbage disposal leak) quickly and efficiently. He also helped me make sure my hot water heater was on the appropriate setting and tested my sump pump. I'm very happy and appreciative.
