We had an issue with basement flooding and called a couple of plumber services to come take a look. My experience with AAA was great and gave me the impression that its a company that operates with honesty and fairness. Ray and Tyler R. were both awesome. They checked out the issue, were very thorough in their testing, and went above and beyond to make a diagnosis that this wasn't a plumbing problem and that I should contact a wayer proofing specialist. They didn't charge me for the visit or make any effort to upsell. While they couldn't fix the problem, they definitely helped and I will be calling AAA if we have any issues in the future.

Kyle showed up from AAA service plumbing and heating to address my tankless water heater. Within minutes, he found the problem and was able to fix it. What an outstanding technician and a reputable company! Highly recommended.

My Tankless Rianni Water heater kept getting hot, then cold, hot and cold. AAA sent Kyle out he was able to diagnose the issue with the error code, took everything apart and diagnosed the issue with the fan quick fix. He is incredible! You can’t go wrong with this company or especially with Kyle!

The appointment was for doorbell repair that will require a return visit but Z was helpful in discussing other work I had in mind. Z thoroughly inspected the existing panels and outlined his understanding of the scope of work and suggested additional panel upgrades considering their age. Based on his observations and recommendations he priced out the work and we put together plans for completing the work in the near future. I am very happy with Z’s knowledge and his thorough approach to understanding our needs! We look forward to working with AAA as we move forward to get the work completed.

Ammon, Pedro, Boone, Carlos, and Javier were true professionals and gentlemen. Very lovely to work with and be around, friendly. Very respectful of our home. Always announced themselves and explained what they were doing. Clearly skilled and talented at what they do! They installed a brand new mini-split cooling system in our 100 year-old house, including a new electrical line to our new electrical panel, and were even able to switch out an old busted outlet to a new fancy, expandable one, right there on the spot! Not only did they bring us conditioned-air for the first time in my adult life! But they did a great job and everything looks and works great! And they left everything how they found it and cleaned up after themselves. They even went out of their way to make our large, happy dog not feel put out. We're excited for Pedro to come back and install the covers for our mini-split tubing- pictures to follow! Thanks guys, again!

July 20th, 21st, and 22nd, 2026-
Brandon, Tyler, and Keegan had the brutal job of removing a 100 year-old, I think almost 800-pound boiler, from the basement of our 1926 bungalow. A job no one wants, right? We are so grateful for them! And now we have tons of space back in our laundry room and a beautiful combi where our giant, ancient boiler and water heater once were! All wonderful, friendly, professional people! A pleasure to have around. Took great care of our home and our dog. 🙂 Always very communicative and easy-going. The skill to have done all the copper plumbing is insane! They are all great at what they do and I'm happy to have found them!

July 17th & 20th, 2026-
Nathaniel, Graham, and Roman are like our new best friends now. 😉 Seriously, they are awesome professionals and humans! They took great care of us, our dog, and our home, inspecting our home throughout and helping us address any immediate plumbing concerns and prioritize the other concerns moving forward. And we came up with a plan right then and there and scheduled a boiler and water heater replacement, plus, a new install mini-split cooling system, and arranged financing. They also helped us go over warranties, rebates, tax credits... And at the end of the day- we feel like we got what we wanted, better than we hoped for, at a great price, with wonderful, skilled people; and the work and parts are warrantied. And what a load off to have such big projects done! Thank you again guys for making our home better!

July 1st, 2026-
Serge and Brian helped us deal with some electrical issues in our old 100 year-old home. It's always interesting working on these old houses. Serge and Brian were really reassuring to work with; they absolutely knew their stuff and just got things done for us. Very friendly guys. Very professional. Sweet to our dog. They were able to fix more than we even knew needed addressed right there on the spot, no waiting!

December 10th, 2026-
Joey, Z, and John were a complete pleasure to work with. Polite, personable, hard workers, solid work. They all went above and beyond. Joey and Z installed a new electrical panel for us starting at noon yesterday, and they ended up staying until almost 10pm trying to help me further troubleshoot some lighting and outlet issues, working in the cold and strong wind. We’re very thankful and grateful for them and their hard work. And for their families who had to wait up for them.

ryan leach was exactly who we needed in our hair raising plumbing disaster. he was calm, considerate, sweet, and very professional.
it’s never a good thing when you experience flooding inside your home and he was great thru the entire process of trying to diagnose the problem and finding the culprit. and AAA from the jump was super helpful in actually getting someone to our home on a sunday, and letting us know they can begin to tackle the big stuff first thing monday morning.
so far we have been thrilled with them and would highly recommend AAA!

Ray had to replace an outside water faucet which involved cutting through two drywalls. Ray knew what what he was doing and was efficient. He estimated how long the repair project would take and he completed as he estimated. He kept me informed throughout the process.

Got a whole house fan installed to cool our home down at night. Joey and Hayden worked hard all day in close quarters in the attic to get it done (along with a code-required light and GFI outlet), and Brian helped get it all estimated and the panel inspected. A special shout out to Joey for a long day, and the whole team for making the whole estimate and install happen in one day!

These guys are awesome! Brian was very thorough, and clear on what needed to be done. Matt and Caleb were on time and very knowledgeable about what they were showing us. They were all very professional and I highly recommend them!

Sorry this is so long but HIRE this company they CARE
I had two issues I needed help with. One was a 3 heat duct that was placed right next to each other on the main heat trunk. The first idea was to move the biggest one for a bedroom to a point that was closer to the furnace. Once the tech, Curtis, consulted his trainer he, Chris, came out to my home and gave me an option to move the ceiling register back tword the furnace and ee if that worked, otherwise he would come back and move the duct. This saved me some money if it worked.
The second issue was the taste of the tap water after Ryan installed a water softener and filtration systen. The next day Greg Thomson, plumber, came out to see what was causing the taste, Upon recalibrating and checking the water hardness it was determined that everytning was yested as great. He said it might be that since it was installed the day before that it might be the filter, needed to run a few days or the water sofener was cleaning out the copper pipes of the water treatment chemicals that have accumulated inside were being disolved causing the taste problem and it was normal for this to happen. Again let the water being used each day and keep checking.
I ask Greg to check my kitchen faucet because the hot water would run for a while and then slowly reduce the flow to none. Upon a number of trials removing check valves on the faucet water lines and checking if they had collasped when they became too hot from the water. Once Greg had removed the checkvalves the hot water ran normally.
Bottem line all the techs said that if anything started to be a problem again they would be out to fix it to my satisfation.
