I had an excellent experience with AAA. What started as a small leak in my bathroom turned out to be a much bigger issue than I initially expected. From start to finish, everyone I spoke with was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

On the first day, he replaced my water heater, and on the second day, he returned with Keegan to complete the remaining repairs. Our house started warming up during the really hot heat wave (103 degrees outside) and after checking the circuit, turning off the AC, it wasn’t working. We called that night and they were able to come the next morning between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. Chris Knotts (HVAC Specialist) arrived on time and immediately started checking everything out. Within 15 minutes he informed us we would need a new AC unit (not surprised as ours was almost 20 years old). He said he had already contacted a Project Manager, Kevin Aalders, who arrived with 15 minutes. He went through everything with Chris and agreed on his assessment. They both went through options of cost and what we would need. We felt no pressure and they recommended what we should purchase. Being 86 degrees in the house, we were fortunate that they could get it installed same day! They had already started setting up to get us portable AC room units if the installation couldn’t happen that afternoon - great service! The installation team (Pedro Guzman) arrived around 3:30 that afternoon, protected our floors with pads and started work right away. They worked until almost 9:00 p.m. and showed us the new system in the basement, the new thermostat and AC unit outside. House was left clean and besides the shiny new AC you wouldn’t even know they’d been here. House was already cooling down and it was such a relief. The communication through the whole process was wonderful, workmanship outstanding and I would highly recommend AAA Service to everyone! It’s been a week since the service and new AC is running great, cools the house down faster and quieter than our old unit. Thank you again for the quick turnaround in helping us along with great service!

Kevin and his team worked hard at installing our new furnace and AC unit, Beau and Tray updated our electrical and Chris came back to test and finalize the installation. Everything happened rather quickly and within a week of getting bids our system was up an running. AAA was more efficient than I ever expected. They all had some sort of problem to solve but they stayed until it was right.

Our furnace quit working on Friday night, and AAA Services had a person out to inspect it as quickly as they could on Saturday. Cory was super nice and very informative. He took pics of the problems, made suggestions on how he could fix it, and did not pressure us one way or the other on getting a new furnace. When we decided to replace it, the tech that came out, Justin, was able to answer all of our questions, was super helpful, and very kind. He kept offering the use of his space heaters since we would not be able to get it replaced until Monday. The crew that came in to replace the furnace were also nice and very efficient. It took a lot less time than was anticipated! Great company and great workers!

I am so happy and he was so down to earth, would strongly strongly recommend.

I was having issues with my power last night and requested an electrician to come today. The technician, Nic, was great! He checked out the issues, knew what the problem was, and communicated it clearly along with what was needed to fix it. He called in his PM, Brian, who went through the cost and process with me and informed me that they could have it fixed today! He called in an installation team and they were excellent. They had the whole electrical panel replaced and tested in 4 hours! The team: Rodney, Hayden, Beau, Michael, and James - I will be calling them if I run into any issues in the future!

Dakota B. with AAA Services was outstanding from start to finish. He arrived for our air duct estimate well-prepared, professional, and incredibly thorough. He took videos throughout the inspection, clearly explained what he was seeing, and made sure I understood everything without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed.

What really stood out was his balance of professionalism and personality. He kept the appointment enjoyable with a great sense of humor and a few well-timed jokes, making what could have been a routine service call a genuinely pleasant experience.

I also appreciated how respectful he was of my time. He worked efficiently while still providing a very detailed inspection and quality service. Before arriving, he called well in advance with an estimated arrival time, which made planning my day much easier. Once at my home, he was extremely respectful of the property, asking where to park, putting booties over his shoes, and always asking permission before entering different areas of the house.

Overall, I was genuinely impressed with both Dakota and AAA Services. His professionalism, communication, attention to detail, respect for my home, and friendly attitude exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend requesting Dakota if you have the opportunity!

Anthony Lupo was the Electrician from AAA Services today and did such an amazing job. He answered all of our questions and made sure we here happy with the solutions before proceeding onto the next step. He was very thorough in his explanation and couldn’t have asked for a better electrician to get us a new Smart Span electrical system. This system will hook up into our heatpump, solar, battery backup, and hottub. Excited for this work to all be done tomorrow!!

Anthony Lupo did an amazing job today. Inspected my whole electrical system from top to bottom and is getting us a new smart electrical panel to work with our heat pump, solar, battery backup, and hot tub. Very thorough and would highly recomend.

These guys came out on a Sunday and replaced my furnace and air conditioner with another furnace and heat pump. It took them 12 hours but they were very meticulous and asked my opinion when needed. Things didn't go perfectly as planned but they solved everything to my satisfaction. They were just little hiccups which they solved, sometimes with my input. I would recommend everybody consider getting this hear pump system if possible. It's is so quiet and seems to be very efficient. I'm excited to find out how well it works with my new solar system.

George and Anthony were great. They showed up on time, dressed professionally, and was friendly. Answered all my questions. Made some good suggestions for future work (this is a very old house with old cast iron drain and pipes that are getting corroded). We have used AAA plumbing before and would use them again.

Larry did an excellent and fast job of repairing my leaking Delta faucet.

Joey did a great job of diagnosing and repairing or circuit breaker problem.

After an absolutely terrible experience with another company I called AAA last night in a panic. From start to finish they delivered.

The booking process was seamless (once I spoke to a person, the automated system refused to understand my accent but I can’t hold that against them) and they got me in contact with dispatch when they said they would.

Dispatch was so helpful, making sure that everything was scheduled as soon as possible due to heat intolerance in the house. On the appointment date they were in contact with who my tech was, and when they were going to arrive.

My tech arrived this morning promptly, was extremely courteous. If you have the pleasure of Matthew Martinez being assigned to your claim then you are in safe hands. He identified two issues and worked diligently to get them resolved, even when my system was not cooperating with him. His service was what convinced us to join the AAA membership program, and he went above and beyond in getting us taken care of.

I will absolutely be requesting him personally on any maintenance or repair call in the future, he is an absolute gem of a human being and of a tech. He never made me feel pressured, he answered every question that I had without making me feel stupid.

Joe Ortega was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He arrived on time, explained the issue clearly, and completed the HVAC work efficiently. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Joe to anyone needing HVAC service.

Yes it is expensive, but everyone explained what and why they had to do it. Sam and Alden, were extremely nice. Even the guys that came to do the “grunt” work were very nice and polite. Yes I would recommend AAA plumbing!

Very knowledgeable and friendly! Diagnosed the problems and communicated everything to us to ensure we had an understanding of the issues and solutions available after we had other people misdiagnose the problems.

Had electrical worked completed by Nathan and Leslie. Both were very professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure things were properly installed and completed. They took extra care when going in and out of the house to make sure they were not leaving a mess. Definitely would recommend.

Came out to check a leakage in my ceiling. Deshawn A and Jason B came out to figure out what was going on . They were patient and answered any questions I had coming their way. They figured out where the leak was coming from the utility room and recommended their hvac guys to come and do the additional diagnostics and repairs and diagnostics .Great guys .

My cooling went out last night and had to call AAA. I scheduled the appointment online the night before and had someone here by the given time window. Had good communication with the staff at the office to ensure everything was set for the appointment today. I received a text and a call prior to the technicians arrivals so I was well prepared by the time they arrived. Mez did a great job checking and explaining everything that was wrong with my system. He ensured to explain in detail all the issues and answered all my questions. He gave me a few options on the repair and left m AC running. Although some additional items are needed he ensured I didnt have another day without cooling. I appreciated his professionalism and knowledge.

They were also kind of enough to take a look at a ceiling fan installation and get it working for me! I would definitely recommend their services.
