I had a good experience with AAA Service Plumbing Heating & Electric. Our hot water heater died and the AAA team was at my house an hour later. They are very professional and knowledgeable of their trade.

Ryan Leach is a great customer service guy. He makes you feel comfortable with him and feel like he’s your friend! He’s honest and very good at what he does. I truly enjoyed talking to him . I would work with him even if the price was higher because I know I can trust what he says.

I highly recommend AAA. I joined the club for future checks. I had my hot water heater flushed and furnace and air conditioning checked. Both were very thorough and detected an unhooked air flow tube disconnected which is most likely why my 3rd floor was hot and electric billll higher than usual. Both inspections included a number of checklist items.

Crisis solved. Our power went out due to internal wiring in our panel. Of course on Friday night. We searched for help and kept getting appointment days or weeks out. I had an excellent experience with AAA. What started as a small leak in my bathroom turned out to be a much bigger issue than I initially expected. From start to finish, everyone I spoke with was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Ash and Tyler explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all of my questions, which made the entire process much less stressful. Michael W. came to my home over the course of two days. On the first day, he replaced my water heater, and on the second day, he returned with Keegan to complete the remaining repairs. Overall great experience except for some furnace maintenance cancellations. Recent electrical work done by Rodney Hayden and James Schlegel was outstanding and Nic Periman did a thorough inspection and explained everything well too.

Our house started warming up during the really hot heat wave (103 degrees outside) and after checking the circuit, turning off the AC, it wasn’t working. We called that night and they were able to come the next morning between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. Chris Knotts (HVAC Specialist) arrived on time and immediately started checking everything out. Within 15 minutes he informed us we would need a new AC unit (not surprised as ours was almost 20 years old). He said he had already contacted a Project Manager, Kevin Aalders, who arrived with 15 minutes. He went through everything with Chris and agreed on his assessment. They both went through options of cost and what we would need. We felt no pressure and they recommended what we should purchase. Being 86 degrees in the house, we were fortunate that they could get it installed same day! They had already started setting up to get us portable AC room units if the installation couldn’t happen that afternoon - great service! The installation team (Pedro Guzman) arrived around 3:30 that afternoon, protected our floors with pads and started work right away. They worked until almost 9:00 p.m. and showed us the new system in the basement, the new thermostat and AC unit outside. House was left clean and besides the shiny new AC you wouldn’t even know they’d been here. House was already cooling down and it was such a relief. The communication through the whole process was wonderful, workmanship outstanding and I would highly recommend AAA Service to everyone! It’s been a week since the service and new AC is running great, cools the house down faster and quieter than our old unit. Thank you again for the quick turnaround in helping us along with great service!

Kevin and his team worked hard at installing our new furnace and AC unit, Beau and Tray updated our electrical and Chris came back to test and finalize the installation. Everything happened rather quickly and within a week of getting bids our system was up an running. AAA was more efficient than I ever expected. They all had some sort of problem to solve but they stayed until it was right.

Our furnace quit working on Friday night, and AAA Services had a person out to inspect it as quickly as they could on Saturday. Cory was super nice and very informative. He took pics of the problems, made suggestions on how he could fix it, and did not pressure us one way or the other on getting a new furnace. When we decided to replace it, the tech that came out, Justin, was able to answer all of our questions, was super helpful, and very kind. He kept offering the use of his space heaters since we would not be able to get it replaced until Monday. The crew that came in to replace the furnace were also nice and very efficient. It took a lot less time than was anticipated! Great company and great workers!

Raymond came out to take a look at my irrigation pipe leak, the hotline the night before had shared that it’s something AAA plumbing handled. Raymond shared that they don’t do this type of irrigation work, but he went above and beyond and helped me tighten up the coupling I had and now my leak is gone. I am so happy and he was so down to earth, would strongly strongly recommend.

Greg Thompson came and added some vents to my boiler room and was very professional and courteous the whole time. He also took the time to explain how the vents worked and what to look out for in terms of my water softener.

I was having issues with my power last night and requested an electrician to come today. The technician, Nic, was great! He checked out the issues, knew what the problem was, and communicated it clearly along with what was needed to fix it. He called in his PM, Brian, who went through the cost and process with me and informed me that they could have it fixed today! He called in an installation team and they were excellent. They had the whole electrical panel replaced and tested in 4 hours! The team: Rodney, Hayden, Beau, Michael, and James - I will be calling them if I run into any issues in the future!

Dakota B. with AAA Services was outstanding from start to finish. He arrived for our air duct estimate well-prepared, professional, and incredibly thorough. He took videos throughout the inspection, clearly explained what he was seeing, and made sure I understood everything without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed.

What really stood out was his balance of professionalism and personality. He kept the appointment enjoyable with a great sense of humor and a few well-timed jokes, making what could have been a routine service call a genuinely pleasant experience.

I also appreciated how respectful he was of my time. He worked efficiently while still providing a very detailed inspection and quality service. Before arriving, he called well in advance with an estimated arrival time, which made planning my day much easier. Once at my home, he was extremely respectful of the property, asking where to park, putting booties over his shoes, and always asking permission before entering different areas of the house.

Overall, I was genuinely impressed with both Dakota and AAA Services. His professionalism, communication, attention to detail, respect for my home, and friendly attitude exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend requesting Dakota if you have the opportunity!

Excellent service from AAA Plumbing, Heating & Electric! Nathaniel Height came out for our annual plumbing maintenance and water heater flush. He was professional, efficient, and friendly. He made the whole process easy and left everything spotless. Five stars all around for Nathaniel!

Had a clogged shower drain!! Carlos F was fantastic came and solved it in matter of minutes!! Big shout out to them!! Josh was very helpful with our sensor install! Definitely recommend!!

Anthony Lupo was the Electrician from AAA Services today and did such an amazing job. He answered all of our questions and made sure we here happy with the solutions before proceeding onto the next step. He was very thorough in his explanation and couldn’t have asked for a better electrician to get us a new Smart Span electrical system. This system will hook up into our heatpump, solar, battery backup, and hottub. Excited for this work to all be done tomorrow!!

Anthony Lupo did an amazing job today. Inspected my whole electrical system from top to bottom and is getting us a new smart electrical panel to work with our heat pump, solar, battery backup, and hot tub. Very thorough and would highly recomend.

These guys came out on a Sunday and replaced my furnace and air conditioner with another furnace and heat pump. It took them 12 hours but they were very meticulous and asked my opinion when needed. Things didn't go perfectly as planned but they solved everything to my satisfaction. They were just little hiccups which they solved, sometimes with my input. I would recommend everybody consider getting this hear pump system if possible. It's is so quiet and seems to be very efficient. I'm excited to find out how well it works with my new solar system.

The cost of a HVAC was much higher than I expected (as is everything) however they made sure that everything was working correctly and honored their work. I DO recommend them as a company and will continue to be their customer.
