I don’t normally write reviews, but these guys deserve 10 stars in my book. I set up a service call for my AC unit. When Travis came to inspect everything he found water dripping inside my furnace above all the electrical cables as well as a gas leak. He showed me pictures of everything and kept me posted on all his findings. I’ve owned my townhouse for 20 years. The AC unit was 22 years old and my furnace is 35 years old. For safety reasons alone he was recommending new units for both. My brother, who has worked in HVAC was skeptical of me having a big corporation do a service call, convinced that they try to upsell you. I had him on speaker phone with Travis B. to go over all his findings. My brother was incredibly impressed with Travis’s ethics and everything he said he would try to do to help me. Ultimately, even my brother was in agreement of Travis’s findings. Travis called the project manager, Rob Quinn to come and give me the quote for both a new furnace and AC unit. Again, I put my brother on speaker phone. Again, my brother was impressed with Rob as well. I now have technicians coming today to replace both. While such a big purchase is never easy to swallow, I’m so grateful to these two men to have saved me from a worse outcome. My situation was pretty serious and it’s going to be resolved today!! 2026 - Today I had another great experience, this time with Jeremiah. He quickly assessed my slow bathroom drain and solved the problem. He asked questions to assure I didn't have a larger problem at hand, and luckily I did not. Once again I'm happy and appreciative.

2020 - I had a great experience with Gordon Stockman. My appointment was rescheduled twice due to weather and then to accommodate emergency calls. However when my appointment time finally arrived Gordon was kind, provided great explanations, and completed the work (garbage disposal leak) quickly and efficiently. He also helped me make sure my hot water heater was on the appropriate setting and tested my sump pump. I'm very happy and appreciative.

Scheduled appointment online on a Sunday . I was contacted first thing Monday morning and had Kris at my house around 8:30 am. He knew exactly what to do and how to do it. Could not have went any smoother. He also fully inspected our hot water heater tank and found a failed component that could end up saving us from having to replace the whole system prematurely.

This was our year to have every major system in the house go out so this review will be a little long b/c I'm doing it all in one shot.

HEATER: Our furnace went out in February, and we decided to install a heat pump with a backup furnace because of an Xcel rebate and since our evaporative cooler was nearing the end of its life. The new system is incredibly quiet compared to our old, oversized furnace. During a cold snap, technicians BRANDON M. and JOE O. worked long hours—often after dark—to make sure we had heat every night. When a defective part delayed completion by a day, they brought us portable oil heaters so we stayed comfortable. While the job took a little longer than expected, that's the reality of HVAC work, where unexpected issues can arise once a project begins. A few weeks later, JOE O. returned to adjust our existing whole-house humidifier and showed us how to maintain proper humidity with the new system. We really appreciated their dedication and expertise.

WATER HEATER: In February, we discovered a "dry leak" and learned our water heater was about nine years past its expected lifespan. We chose a tankless system to save energy and water. After installation, however, it took 1–1.5 minutes to get hot water, which was frustrating given our area's drought conditions. We contacted AAA, and they responded quickly, installing a recirculation pump and timer that resolved the issue. We appreciated their responsiveness and RYAN D.'s excellent installation.

ELECTRICAL PANEL: Because our original 1973/74 electrical panel couldn't support the new HVAC and tankless water heater, it needed to be upgraded. BEAU A. and SERG did an outstanding job, bringing everything up to code and leaving us with a panel that's much easier to access and clearly labeled.

SEWER LINE: In late February, while cleaning up after the utility room work, I noticed water backing up through the floor drain. A camera inspection revealed that the original cast iron sewer line under the house was failing. Fortunately, the clog was cleared that night, allowing us to carefully use the plumbing until the repair could be scheduled over Spring Break. SAM was our main point of contact and handled the difficult news with honesty, empathy, and professionalism. After investing in three major home systems, learning that our basement floor would also need to be torn up was tough, but SAM made the process much easier to navigate. CARLOS and DOMINICK T. completed the sewer line replacement, and despite the messy nature of the job, they were outstanding. It's hard to watch your basement be torn apart, but they worked efficiently and professionally. When we later discovered the new concrete was slightly too high to reinstall the tile, CARLOS returned to grind it down. Their attention to detail and commitment to making everything right were exceptional.

HVAC SYSTEM RATTLE: We recently noticed a rattle coming from the outdoor unit. When NICK L. first came out, the noise wouldn't reproduce, but he tightened several components as a precaution. The next day the rattle returned, and I was able to better identify where it was coming from. JOE O. came back, investigated further, tightened additional components, and adjusted the pipe where it was contacting the metal housing, resolving the issue.

DRAIN CLEARING: We've had to have drain technicians several times. It took me a few times to realize that the technicians I was getting weren't the same even though they look alike. Well, that's because there are 3 brothers that all work for AAA. Shout out to JACOB G. , JEREMIAH G. , and JIMMY G. All of them have been very professional and thorough listening and responding to all my concerns.

I would highly recommend this company.

Z was assigned for a complimentary electrical inspection with our AAA membership. He was timely, extremely cordial, took the time to explain his findings and shared his recommendations which included one antique electrical panel. Z had Brian his Field Supervisor come out to verify estimated cost of project. Brian was also very professional and arrived in under 45 minutes from Z calling. Brian was impressed with the panel and said that he had only seen two other 50 yr old GE panels in his 31 years of electrical work. He then set us up for install next day. Overall very impressed with how the inspection and recommendations were handled.

Called for ANOTHER service to for be performed on my home, Technician Richard Lewis-Garrett made it forward and up front on what needed to be done. I Knew what I was getting into since its a older house. He made a Facetime call to a estimator who was traveling with family for father's day,within an hour later, estimate approved.

AAA service was really there for me when I needed them! The electrician that came out, Richard, was trustworthy, competent and got my light up and running fast! And the HVAC guy, Levi, was amazing too! He installed my new filter, put a smart sensor in and serviced my HVAC system. After having some bad experiences with other companies in Denver, I will definitely be calling AAA again when I need any electric, plumbing or heating for my house! I feel like this company is trustworthy and they all seem to go the extra mile!

Caleb, Gus and Spencer came out for the install of our new tankless water heater and softener/filter system. They were so professional, pleasant, hardworking and on time. They also made sure to put their booties over their shoes every time they came in and out, put the carpet protector down, etc. Andrei and Nathaniel who set the install up were also awesome. The customer service has been great also. I’m so happy we decided to go with AAA for this major project as well as our furnace maintenance last year. I highly recommend this company. They hire really excellent plumbers and electricians and technicians.

Skyelar came out to my mom’s house to help after her HVAC unit went out late on a Friday. He was able to come quickly, on a hot Saturday, to help. After looking at the unit and doing some research, he told us he couldn’t work on a geothermal unit, however, he didn’t charge us anything since he didn’t repair anything. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. Thanks Skyelar T!

Joe was a true professional and did a fantastic job in presenting options and really making sure you understood the scope of what was being recommended. He was able to locate my condensing unit on the roof of our condo complex and provide not only an option to get it running without replacing the old unit from 1994 but also giving me more options to help keep this unit running in the future. Joe exceeded expectations every step of the way and I will be requesting him personally when I get some follow up recommendations done.

Sean was a big help with our final finish from a big project. AAA repaired a sewer line through our house that resulted in concrete floors being chopped up and dug up. Our sink and Toilet were removed for the 3 day project and after replacing the bathroom flooring (our own cost) the vanity and sink would not hook up the way it had been. We were frustrated at being left with this loose end but Sean came out quickly and assessed our frustration and situation. He replaced the vanity and sink correctly, tested it and was on his way. So professional and personable! We have been loyal customers with AAA and we really appreciate that Sean and the company stood behind their work from start to finish.
