We recently needed the services of AAA Service -- a plumber and an electrician. Landon Aukerman was our plumber. He replaced the toilet in one of our bathrooms. 2 days later, we had Will Reidy, Cesar Mata Aguilera, and Andrew Federico replacing the outlets and light switches throughout our home. We are so impressed with each one of these experts! Not only are they knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. They are also friendly, polite, and so nice. John came to our house on a Saturday first thing in the morning to take a look at our water heater since the pilot light went out and wouldn’t relight. We unfortunately had to get it replaced and while he was doing the work, he also found part of our water line under the house needed to be replaced. I highly recommend AAA. I joined the club for future checks. I had my hot water heater flushed and furnace and air conditioning checked. Both were very thorough and detected an unhooked air flow tube disconnected which is most likely why my 3rd floor was hot and electric billll higher than usual. Both inspections included a number of checklist items.

I had an excellent experience with AAA. What started as a small leak in my bathroom turned out to be a much bigger issue than I initially expected. From start to finish, everyone I spoke with was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Ash and Tyler explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all of my questions, which made the entire process much less stressful. Michael W. came to my home over the course of two days. On the first day, he replaced my water heater, and on the second day, he returned with Keegan to complete the remaining repairs. They worked efficiently, paid great attention to detail, and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before they left.

Overall great experience except for some furnace maintenance cancellations. Recent electrical work done by Rodney Hayden and James Schlegel was outstanding and Nic Periman did a thorough inspection and explained everything well too.

Dakota was very helpful in helping find and troubleshoot an ongoing problem with my dryer vent that even other companies couldn't find. He was knowledgeable and very respectful of my home. I would hire him again.

Raymond was terrific diagnosing our problem and helping me understand how to fix it. We love, AAA!
