My furnace broke in the middle of the night when it was 16 degrees outside. AAA Service Arvada came right out @ 10am the next morning. The technician Cory diagnosed the problem immediately, left to pick up the parts, and came back with Will who specializes in bringing the gas line up to Code. They both were friendly, efficient and trustworthy. Now my furnace runs quieter and smoother than it ever has.

We had Brian Fox and Michael Faller out to our house to fix the electric panel. They were very professional and were great to work with! We also had our air conditioning unit replaced by Angel and one other person (sorry I forgot your name). They also were amazing! All of them let my 1 year old sit with them to “supervise.” Everything was cleaned up upon leaving. They didn't offer any options. Sold us the MOST EXPENSIVE units.Charged an arm and a leg. A $600 plumbing repair turned into over $34000. Yes we were stupid but these were professionals and we trusted their opinions. Fool me once. NEVER AGAIN!! Addendum: Their customer service team called and made things right.

06.11.26 yet again another Fantastic Experience. Wyatt and Luke replaced a 60' sink line in our crawl space. They were on time and finished in the timeframe they provided. Their professionalism and willingness to answer questions was great. We highly recommend AAA, they have provided much service to us including a new sewer line from the house to the street in addition to the new furnaces and today's repair once again impressed us. Fantastic Service - Alejandro came to do a basic furnace check. Alas, we had not been good on our annual maintenance of an older furnace. Alejandro took 80 photos/videos to show us what he found, explaining everything very thoroughly. We decided to buy a new furnace and were stunned we could get it installed the next day. Rae was able to come the day of the furnace check and give us a bid for a replacement furnace. Her knowledge and communication skills were as great as Alejandro's and very helpful. Francisco and his team came the following day and installed it, showing us how everything worked, explaining what they were doing and we are very happy with the end product. The service from AAA and their employees is great.

Sean Hall was outstanding! Professional, personal, and courteous. My Mom’s waterline to her refrigerator broke, flooded the kitchen and leaked down to the basement ceiling. The shutoff valve had been drywalled in. This was not an easy repair. Sean did this repair minimizing damage to the ceiling as best that could be done and ensured everything was to code. Had Rod Grieser out a few times this spring because the coolant in an AC system that AAA installed in 2021 mysteriously went dry. Rod was great, very professional and knowledgeable. He leak tested our system and refilled it. Things seem to be working well. Had a recheck after 2 months and it appears to show the coolant holding. Hopefully this is the end of our issue! AAA honored their warranty, no-questions-asked.

My kitchen sink backed up last night at 9pm. I disassembled the plumbing under the sink and found that unfortunately the clog was in the drain line under the slab. I went to AAA’s website at 11PM and left them a note to please get the me first available appointment. It is now 9AM the following morning (Saturday) and it’s fixed! Great job Jim and the AAA team. You guys are the best! Update: my bathroom sink clogged last night. It’s 9:44 AM and Ayden F was already out and it’s fixed. Great job!

I had a full team checkup on memorial Day! Richard Olivas was the first to inspect the AC. Though I knew that I had an old model, he did a fantastic job of providing me with all of the details as to what the potential issues are and what improvements we could make without scaring me haha. He also had a great sense of humor which helped the whole process. Next was Z Soule who did a great job at explaining me the details of the electric boxes and potential issues with the outlets, still without showing any pressure or intimidation which helps the whole process. Islom Rustamov was in to look at our water system. He inspected all of the things that I had concerns about and provided a number of options in how we could improve our system. Emilio Garza came in to discuss the potential options we could go with regarding financial plans and what kind of options we would benefit from the most. He also was understanding to give me time to analyze all the details myself to make a decision after my own analysis, instead of pressuring an immediate decision on the spot. All together, a very efficient and pleasant experience, even though I knew some of my utilities were beyond expired and were in need of attention.
