When my AC went down I called AAA service Plumbing Heating & Electric. They made an appointment for me right away. Emilo G, Michael K, Michael L and Anthony L all responded out as a team to my residence. They were amazing! While showing me the parts that were damaged to my air condition and showing me parts that were wearing on my furnace, they detected the odor of gas. When they asked me about it, I explained that I had Xcel come out to check for a leak over a year ago. Xcel had been unable to locate a leak and said that it must be the furnace. I didn’t think anything else of it. These gentlemen were not going to let it rest. They didn’t feel that it was right , that there shouldn’t be the odor of gas in the basement. They went above and beyond and actually located the leak inside of my far basement wall. I was very impressed with all four of them. They explained and took apart my air-conditioning and furnace, located a gas leak, and presented me with a reasonable estimate on all of the repairs that were needed. That same night they had a technician come out and repair the gas leak in my basement. I wish I could remember his name and I apologize for not remembering it, but he was also amazing. He explained everything that was going on with repair and was very knowledgeable in everything that he was doing. When the installers Kevin and Isaac came to put in my new air condition and furnace, they were punctual and very professional. They were very friendly and very knowledgeable. They came in early in the morning and stayed until the job was finished. Even though it was a weekend, they stayed late to make sure the job was done and that my house would be cool and comfortable for the rest of the weekend. What an amazing team! From scheduling, to estimating, to installing, everyone was incredible and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. I would recommend AAA Service, plumbing heating and electric to anyone in my family, to any of my friends and to anyone who was looking for a competent and reputable company.

I purchased their annual maintenance package by monthly subscription and have found it was well worth it, as we hadn’t serviced our HVAC, hot water heater, plumbing, or electrical systems since we moved in four years ago. They found some issues and we were able to stave off a potentially bad plumbing situation. Their prices and fees are reasonable for a top-shelf service company and it was a pleasure working with the scheduler and their technicians, Reid & Chuck, on my HVAC system, and Richard on my electrical. When the problem with our AC unit came back, they were out here the day after I called.

We had Jerry D, warranty plumber, come out to check a concern we had about our PSI to our new tankless water heater and softener system. He was above and beyond pleasant and knowledgeable and helpful. Our new system installed by Caleb, Gus and Spencer. They have all been so professional, pleasant, hardworking and on time. They also all have made sure to put their booties over their shoes every time they came in and out, put the carpet protector down, etc. Andrei and Nathaniel who set the install up were also awesome. The customer service has been great also. I’m so happy we decided to go with AAA for this major project as well as our furnace maintenance with Turner last year. I HIGHLY recommend this company. They hire really excellent plumbers and electricians and technicians. Now we have joined their Happy Home Club for regular maintenance and benefits.
Angel V, HVAC, came out to attach Smart Sensors and was so personable and professional we requested him back for our furnace maintenance.
We also had our electrical inspection done by Richard Lewis-Garrett, again an amazingly personable and professional, knowledgeable electrician. We will request him for future needs also. AAA has some kind of magic touch hiring the most top notch people who explain everything so clearly. Very happy we joined their Happy Home club.
Had Nick K out today for (we thought ) a plumbing emergency. Our Happy Home membership came in handy again as Nick was able to be here quickly on a Saturday and fix our issues all in one trip. I know my review is long but it’s for several different visits , all of which have been excellent from customer care to professionalism and quality employees.

Very professional and knowledgeable about the service

Sorry this is so long but HIRE this company they CARE
I had two issues I needed help with. One was a 3 heat duct that was placed right next to each other on the main heat trunk. The first idea was to move the biggest one for a bedroom to a point that was closer to the furnace. Once the tech, Curtis, consulted his trainer he, Chris, came out to my home and gave me an option to move the ceiling register back tword the furnace and ee if that worked, otherwise he would come back and move the duct. This saved me some money if it worked.
The second issue was the taste of the tap water after Ryan installed a water softener and filtration systen. The next day Greg Thomson, plumber, came out to see what was causing the taste, Upon recalibrating and checking the water hardness it was determined that everytning was yested as great. He said it might be that since it was installed the day before that it might be the filter, needed to run a few days or the water sofener was cleaning out the copper pipes of the water treatment chemicals that have accumulated inside were being disolved causing the taste problem and it was normal for this to happen. Again let the water being used each day and keep checking.
I ask Greg to check my kitchen faucet because the hot water would run for a while and then slowly reduce the flow to none. Upon a number of trials removing check valves on the faucet water lines and checking if they had collasped when they became too hot from the water. Once Greg had removed the checkvalves the hot water ran normally.
Bottem line all the techs said that if anything started to be a problem again they would be out to fix it to my satisfation.

The guys came and did the annual check up of my furnace, hot water tank and plumbing. They discovered problems with all of them. Including rust, leaking in the ac exchange unit, pipes that had started to corrode and the water heater tank that had to be replaced. They gave me a tour of all the problems and gave me options of replacing all the systems or using other option for more efficient systems. They were very thorough with explaing everything that was going wrong and made sure I understood all ot it. We had a long discussion of the options and they gave me good reasons of what the better options were. No pressure just whatever information I needed to make an informed decision. I was a very easy process, we joked and laughed a lot. Great bunch of guys. Highly recommend them and I have used them for other things with the same professional service each time

Another top shelf service. When it rains it pours, but thanks to these guys all is well. My furnace, water heater, all the plumbing had problems so serious that it all had to be replaced. After considering the options I opted for a heat pump, tankless water heater, furnace for backup, and sump pump and the entire plumbing pipes replaced. All this was done on one extremely long day from 8:30 am to 9:45 pm. by 6 to 8 workers.
Fantastic job and explained everything how each worked and how to operate as needed.
I wish I had all the names but Caleb, Gus and others worked tirelessly to get everything done. 5 ÷ stars fellows

We recently had our electrical panel replaced by AAA Service, and the entire team was top-notch. Jon W., the project manager, came out on Tuesday to give us a quote. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain why our panel needed to be replaced and answer all of our questions.
By the very next day (Wednesday), our technician David P. arrived to complete the job. Before jumping straight into the panel replacement, David took the extra time to troubleshoot why our power was out. Surprisingly, he discovered a faulty light switch was causing an entire room to lose power!
David worked quickly to replace the panel and restore our power. To make sure we wouldn't face this issue again, he even replaced all the outlets in the affected room.

Replacing/upgrading the entire electrical panel, meter housing, moving the service drop, installing grounds, etc was daunting for us, but the work they did is amazing. Clearly professional work to the highest extent (and we cannot believe how they did it so quickly). They even provided temporary power for my home office so that I would have minimal interruption to the workday. Special mention to Z and Jon W for doing the initial inspections and providing clear and concise options/estimates for the work. Z and Jon answered all of our questions and there were absolutely zero surprises on the install (and a 20-year, transferable warranty on the work is unheard of these days, btw). Also, we have a very skittish rescue dog and they were naturals at making her feel calm. It was unreal. Z even brought dog treats for her (on two separate visits). AAA also installed our new furnace and A/C earlier in the year. We had some hiccups with the system (it happens), but they absolutely made it right. In fact, we were surprised to find out that AAA is replacing our entire U/V light filtration system since we have had so many issues with it (note: this was originally installed by *another* company … years ago). Shout out to Ryan A for coordinating that for us – we were absolutely floored he/AAA made the decision to this. Final word: AAA has continually gone above and beyond for us and 110% stand by their work. Five stars (again and again) for all of you and AAA – thank you!

Sorry this is so long but HIRE this company they CARE
I had two issues I needed help with. One was a 3 heat duct that was placed right next to each other on the main heat trunk. The first idea was to move the biggest one for a bedroom to a point that was closer to the furnace. Once the tech, Curtis, consulted his trainer he, Chris, came out to my home and gave me an option to move the ceiling register back tword the furnace and ee if that worked, otherwise he would come back and move the duct. This saved me some money if it worked.
The second issue was the taste of the tap water after Ryan installed a water softener and filtration systen. The next day Greg Thomson, plumber, came out to see what was causing the taste, Upon recalibrating and checking the water hardness it was determined that everytning was yested as great. He said it might be that since it was installed the day before that it might be the filter, needed to run a few days or the water sofener was cleaning out the copper pipes of the water treatment chemicals that have accumulated inside were being disolved causing the taste problem and it was normal for this to happen. Again let the water being used each day and keep checking.
I ask Greg to check my kitchen faucet because the hot water would run for a while and then slowly reduce the flow to none. Upon a number of trials removing check valves on the faucet water lines and checking if they had collasped when they became too hot from the water. Once Greg had removed the checkvalves the hot water ran normally.
Bottem line all the techs said that if anything started to be a problem again they would be out to fix it to my satisfation.

The guys came and did the annual check up of my furnace, hot water tank and plumbing. They discovered problems with all of them. Including rust, leaking in the ac exchange unit, pipes that had started to corrode and the water heater tank that had to be replaced. They gave me a tour of all the problems and gave me options of replacing all the systems or using other option for more efficient systems. They were very thorough with explaing everything that was going wrong and made sure I understood all ot it. We had a long discussion of the options and they gave me good reasons of what the better options were. No pressure just whatever information I needed to make an informed decision. I was a very easy process, we joked and laughed a lot. Great bunch of guys. Highly recommend them and I have used them for other things with the same professional service each time

Technician worked around a crew that is repairing my flooded basement without any issues. Installed the sensors and app and everything looks good.

They were prompt and professional. They charge for the issue, not each individual visit so I'm not being bled by a bunch of fees. Went so well I joined their annual plan.

I had a great experience with them - same day booking and appointment. Mostly, Ash D. finally helped point me in the right direction with my gas issue - it was the appliance! Super nice and I appreciate his knowledge and professionalism. Will use them again.

Jeremiah and nik H were both great. They throughly inspected my furnace, water pressure, electrical and AC. They explained to me throughly what they were seeing and explained what were the most important things to address. I would highly recommend them both and AAA.

Tristin Dudley is Professional and prompt and does good work. No one likes to deal with plumbing issues, but when you have too, you can't do much better. As a note on AAA service in general, no one is perfect but when mistakes are made they work hard to make it right and that alone is enough to keep me coming back. Highly recommend.

Jeremiah F and Nik H came over to inspect my furnace. They were thorough in explaining what needs to be done to maintain the furnace and helpful with recommendations.

AAA was very responsive when I called for service to check a couple outlets. In addition the requested repair, they called to my attention that there was some water damage to our main breaker panel. Albeit a costly project, it was very necessary. AAA scheduled and completed it quite efficiently. I will definitely use them again for future electrical needs.

Beautiful, Jason and Hayden worked hard to get the job done and exemplified professionalism and great work ethic. They got the job done on time and cleaned up leaving us as highly satisfied customers.

I was happy with AAA and Sean our technician, they are pricy, but very professional and timely. Everyone was polite and friendly, Sean removed two gas lines we no longer needed and packed out all the scrap and trash and cleaned up everything where he worked. We were happy with that.

AAA Heating and Plumbing was a good service for us. Jason and J M Hammon were very professional and informative as they were fixing our water leak. Would recommend AAA to others for their services.

We had a major project with AAA. Once the dust settled, Dakota B. and Tony Z. came and cleaned out our vents. Guys were supper friendly, very professional and took very good care of our space. fresh paint and carpet in the house and they installed red plastic on the floors to keep everything clean. These guys did a fantastic job cleaning our ducts and they were so chill my dog chose to hang out with them and their industrial vacuum all day. They even went above and beyond to remove a couple "former tenants" they found in our crawl space!

I called AA after waking up and finding what I believed was a clog causing a back up and my carpet wet and stinky. The company was great and came out even earlier than expected. First Ayden responded diagnosed the issue and arranged for the next step. He was kind, helpful and respectful. This was followed by an earlier than expected response by Nicolae and Dominic ( I think ). They came in replaced my pump and explained everything they did. They were considerate, professional and also very kind. I will use this company with ou reservation in the future!
