Our Navien boiler diverter valve got stuck and we lost use of domestic hot water. Greg Thompson came out and installed a new diverter valve, and gave us pointers on how we can keep our unit running optimally for as long as possible. Our 3 dogs also gave their stamp of approval and enjoyed getting pets from him.

AAA just did their electrical inspection. They found major issues with the electrical panel. Richard Lewis-Garrett took all the time I needed to explain the problems and worked with his manager to provide an estimate. Their customer service has always been the best. As seen in other reviews, their prices are higher than smaller companies - often double. The plus is they can do the work immediately and have good guarantees and very skilled technicians. Every tech from AAA has gone above and beyond.

Jimmy Goodnight was excellent. He was on time, and forthcoming in communicating his arrival time. He evaluated the situation very quickly, decided that the cleanout closest to the sewer main should be snaked, and skipped to that immediately. He carefully routed the 210lb drain snaking machine carefully around the house to minimize my cleanup and still get the job done quickly. In and out, he was done in 30 minutes. He did feel a physical snag in the sewer line, so he set up a complimentary video inspection to find out what it was tomorrow. Best part was that he was super enthusiastic to help me fix my problem and happy to get into it, even though he was standing knee deep in the most disgusting sewage imaginable. Pricing was VERY fair for a commercial snake. There are a lot of people running around with a handheld snake for 100 bucks. I have my own milwaukee unit and just couldn't reach my problem. Jimmy is more expensive than that, but Jimmy ran a 1/2 snake with a big root cutter on it. You cannot get that with a cheap service and the root cutter will long term solve many problems. Access to the equipment and the expertise was absolutely worth it. If your job is the most disgusting, most horrible job.... Call AAA and ask for Jimmy Goodnight. He'll save you.

AAA is the only company I’d use for any service call. I had a furnace emergency where my burners wouldn’t stay lit and heat up my house. I called at 12:10p and they arrived at 3p and literally took 20 mins to fix our issue. Nick LeDoux was our incredible technician. He was knowledgeable, quick, efficient, and explained every process from start to finish. There’s not enough stars to describe how great this company is. 10/10!

Quick response for a sewer camera inspection

We have used AAA before for a variety of unfortunate plumbing needs - water heater, broken sewer main, leaky pipe. We have always been satisfied with the quality of their work and their customer service. Last month we had to call them out again because the plumbing for one of our showers failed, resulting in water pouring through the drywall and into our garage. (This was the result of improper installation by a different company, NOT AAA.) Dylan and Dustin came out to replace the faulty shower plumbing and got our shower back in action. After actually using the shower, we realized that the hot and cold water were reversed. Not a huge problem but we wanted it correct. We made a warranty call to AAA. The next day Greg Thompson came and was quickly able to get the hot and cold water corrected. While here, he noticed another minor issue with the tub spout that he also took care of for us. Dylan, Dustin and Greg were all very professional and respectful of our home. Thank you AAA! We appreciate you.

Jay Parker-Parker Terry are THE best at explaining every little detail regarding what is required to make my old gas water heater safe again. Replacement is the only way but I now know exactly what needs to be done and how much the entire job will cost with quotes on electric and gas!! I experienced a lack of power in 2 interior outlets. Joey came by in a service call on 3/9 and identifies a larger problem that required redevice on my outlets and light switches. Joey and Beau started the Redevice project in the morning and finished mid afternoon. We now have power in the outlets plus many of the light switches now turn on lights in different ways than before and much better. I am totally pleased with the results and the communication during the project

Jan 2025: The entire team supporting an emergency furnace issue was wonderful. They were professional and friendly. The job took much longer than they anticipated but the entire crew stayed on until it was done. They even came back the next day to ensure everything was functioning and closed out properly and clean up to my satisfaction. Complete furnace replacement is expensive but I was comfortable with the options provided and was treated with nothing but respect with the choice I made. I've been using AAA for over 20 years and have never been disappointed.

I found myself with a leak in my crawlspace on a Sunday. AAA came out within a couple of hours, explained the problem, walked me through several possible solutions, answered my question, and got me up and running short term and arranged a longer term solution. It was a relief not to have to manage without water for days to avoid an upcharge for the weekend. The longer term solution should prevent the problem going forward, which is also a relief.

Fast, kind and affordable service

AAA Heating and Plumbing is an amazing company! The best there is! They are honest, timely, considerate and go above and beyond!
They are the best! I needed them to switch out a furnace filter for me because I live out of state now. There system is that they will do it for free as a part of any service. But, this is where AAA kicks ass! I did not have the filter on hand or now the size because the unit was just replaced in full. They came out for a $39 furnace service and the technician would then need to get the filter size and go get one from Home Depot and put it in. Again, not there normal service but they are just trying to find a way to help me in need. When the technician arrives the filter service ends up being a bit more expensive then I was lead to believe it would be when I scheduled it. Now, the tech is there, I desperately need this filter changed and certainly dont feel good about the quote... This when my technician, Mark Scofield, swooped in to save the day. Before I could even finish my sentence he said, "But don't worry we got you." He did the service, ran to get a filter and replace it and they charged me $39 for everything!!! Wait what you say? I know who does that anymore? Don't worry, we got you and free of charge! ABSOLUTE HEROES!

A little about our story: our parents immigrated to the United States with very little support, knowledge, or resources. Despite the challenges, they always managed to make ends meet and, most importantly, put a roof over their family’s heads. It wasn’t fancy or luxurious, but it was enough.

Great guys and highly recommend this team! worked with Alejandro and Emilio, helped me out with my HVAC and Goodman cold climate heat pump with steam humidification and UVC air cleaner in my return duct system and also electrical panel change out and plumbing repairs. I am super pleased with Greg Thompson and Nick Siegler who replaced my broken water heater today. They were professional, polite, very knowledgeable, and helpful. They worked diligently and efficiently, and before long I had a shiny new water heater installed.

Michael L and Eddie R were great ask for them! Made arrangements for a crew to come out on Saturday to install new heater, water-heater and electrical panel and redo some of the heater duct work.
Crew arrived on Saturday and went to work.
Furnace was replaced and ducting was replaced by Johnny and Shawn, water heater was replaced and upgraded by Nicolae. Electrical panel was replaced and upgraded by David. They all worked tirelessly to complete the work in one day. All were professional and answered all my questions courteously, with a smile and patience. They showed me all their work and how to operate new thermostat, change new filter on the heater, new switches on the electrical panel, tested and labeled them all. Thank you Michael, Eddy, Nicolae. David, Johnny and Shawn. 5 stars to you all!

Have always received great service from AAA. Today Chris Knotts came out to inspect and clean our furnace and made some recommendations based on us having two dogs that shed constantly. The changes were completed quickly and looking forward to breathing cleaner air! Chris did a great job and was friendly and professional.

Anthony Lupo is amazing. My husband had to work so I got the pleasure of being able to talk with Anthony. He was the nicest to talk to. He explained everything in ways I was able to understand. He took the time to show me everything. He was even a sweetheart to my 4 dogs. He's the best!
