Our furnace quit working on Friday night, and AAA Services had a person out to inspect it as quickly as they could on Saturday. Cory was super nice and very informative. He took pics of the problems, made suggestions on how he could fix it, and did not pressure us one way or the other on getting a new furnace. When we decided to replace it, the tech that came out, Justin, was able to answer all of our questions, was super helpful, and very kind. He kept offering the use of his space heaters since we would not be able to get it replaced until Monday. The crew that came in to replace the furnace were also nice and very efficient. It took a lot less time than was anticipated! Great company and great workers!

Raymond shared that they don’t do this type of irrigation work, but he went above and beyond and helped me tighten up the coupling I had and now my leak is gone. I am so happy and he was so down to earth, would strongly strongly recommend.

I was having issues with my power last night and requested an electrician to come today. The technician, Nic, was great! He checked out the issues, knew what the problem was, and communicated it clearly along with what was needed to fix it. He called in his PM, Brian, who went through the cost and process with me and informed me that they could have it fixed today! He called in an installation team and they were excellent. They had the whole electrical panel replaced and tested in 4 hours! The team: Rodney, Hayden, Beau, Michael, and James - I will be calling them if I run into any issues in the future!

He took videos throughout the inspection, clearly explained what he was seeing, and made sure I understood everything without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed.

What really stood out was his balance of professionalism and personality. He kept the appointment enjoyable with a great sense of humor and a few well-timed jokes, making what could have been a routine service call a genuinely pleasant experience.

I also appreciated how respectful he was of my time. He worked efficiently while still providing a very detailed inspection and quality service. Before arriving, he called well in advance with an estimated arrival time, which made planning my day much easier. Once at my home, he was extremely respectful of the property, asking where to park, putting booties over his shoes, and always asking permission before entering different areas of the house.

Overall, I was genuinely impressed with both Dakota and AAA Services. His professionalism, communication, attention to detail, respect for my home, and friendly attitude exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend requesting Dakota if you have the opportunity!

Anthony Lupo was the Electrician from AAA Services today and did such an amazing job. He answered all of our questions and made sure we here happy with the solutions before proceeding onto the next step. He was very thorough in his explanation and couldn’t have asked for a better electrician to get us a new Smart Span electrical system. This system will hook up into our heatpump, solar, battery backup, and hottub. Excited for this work to all be done tomorrow!!

These guys came out on a Sunday and replaced my furnace and air conditioner with another furnace and heat pump. It took them 12 hours but they were very meticulous and asked my opinion when needed. Things didn't go perfectly as planned but they solved everything to my satisfaction. They were just little hiccups which they solved, sometimes with my input. I would recommend everybody consider getting this hear pump system if possible. It's is so quiet and seems to be very efficient. I'm excited to find out how well it works with my new solar system.

After an absolutely terrible experience with another company I called AAA last night in a panic. From start to finish they delivered.

The booking process was seamless (once I spoke to a person, the automated system refused to understand my accent but I can’t hold that against them) and they got me in contact with dispatch when they said they would.

Dispatch was so helpful, making sure that everything was scheduled as soon as possible due to heat intolerance in the house. On the appointment date they were in contact with who my tech was, and when they were going to arrive.

My tech arrived this morning promptly, was extremely courteous. If you have the pleasure of Matthew Martinez being assigned to your claim then you are in safe hands. He identified two issues and worked diligently to get them resolved, even when my system was not cooperating with him. His service was what convinced us to join the AAA membership program, and he went above and beyond in getting us taken care of.

I will absolutely be requesting him personally on any maintenance or repair call in the future, he is an absolute gem of a human being and of a tech. He never made me feel pressured, he answered every question that I had without making me feel stupid.

Joe Ortega was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He arrived on time, explained the issue clearly, and completed the HVAC work efficiently. Came out to check a leakage in my ceiling. Deshawn A and Jason B came out to figure out what was going on . They were patient and answered any questions I had coming their way. My cooling went out last night and had to call AAA. I scheduled the appointment online the night before and had someone here by the given time window. Had good communication with the staff at the office to ensure everything was set for the appointment today. I received a text and a call prior to the technicians arrivals so I was well prepared by the time they arrived. Mez did a great job checking and explaining everything that was wrong with my system. He ensured to explain in detail all the issues and answered all my questions. He gave me a few options on the repair and left m AC running. Although some additional items are needed he ensured I didnt have another day without cooling. I appreciated his professionalism and knowledge.

Very professional. Gave me a 30 min heads up when my plumber was coming. I was able to track his location.

I had a huge electrical issue and my exterior panels needed to be completely replaced. John W was the manager who came out and diagnosed the issue and was honestly worried and showed me everything, explained it clearly, and he felt super bad about how much it was going to take to fix it. The electrical installers (Rodney and Serge) came the next day and worked outside from about 7:00 to 7:30 pm straight with no breaks. They busted their tails and did a great job. It’s been a while since Ive seen people put an honest days work in like that and it was inspiring. that was not an easy day and they helped me set up a solution to keep me working from my home office while electrical was off so I didn’t lose income. They did a great job and Allen H came out the next day to sort out the HVAC issues that i was having and was also super professional and transparent. I really like AAA, Ive used them a bunch and every time Im impressed, they’re nice guys, they are reliable and quick, and they do nice work. Ive made a lot of referrals.

My husband and I bit off a bit more than we could chew when doing a toilet upgrade. When removing the 20+ year old toilet, turns out there was no flange holding the old toilet to the floor - just wax and a toggle bolt. Not only that, but the new toilet's back would not work with the existing shutoff valve. We called AAA plumbing, and their team came out within 24 hours to give us a quote for the flange install and move the valve, along with a couple other smaller projects we figured we'd tackle at the same time (main water shutoff had been installed with a shark bite by prior owner - replaced, and shutoffs under sink were loose/turn valves not actually shutting off the water, etc). There is definitely a premium price, but they came out within a day of the holiday weekend and the work they did was absolutely top notch, and they followed up with us to make sure everything works. And of course, they guaranteed their repairs. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I called them last evening and they had a technician out here early this morning. The technician, Chris Knotts, came in and took a look at my furnace/fan unit. Mr. Chris was incredibly respectful, helpful, and provided a fantastic service and I cannot recommend him enough. He had the air flowing through my home and a solution for me in no time. I appreciate the work and great customer service, sets a great example of how a company should treat their customers. And if I ever have any more issues, I know exactly who I am calling. Our fridge line was broken and we had to shut water off of the whole house. They fixed our problem the same day and also shared a few other suggestions (old pipes). They were not pushy at all and massively helped us in our new home!

Great company that I have used for over 15 years; They stand behind their work and will come right back if something has not been addressed.Nick Siegler came one day to check my water heater. Very thorough and showed me an area that could cause corrosion problems. Mez Okoro checked out my fairly new AC unit, giving me some tips on using it more efficienctly and explaining the unit. Both were very courteous, on time and asked if I needed any more help or questions. I will ask for these two gentlemen next time. Company kept me posted as to arrival.

Deshawn and his associate (the tall gentleman) were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout.
