Service was great by the electrician and hvac individuals that did the work, thank you!! The only issue was the communication as one was verbally communicated thermostat would be included if hvac project was done, which we hired AAA and that thermostat connection never happened as mentioned by Michael L. Then we had Perry T. come and talk to me about the furnace which we couldn't afford at the moment and would get back to him on. To mention he is a specialist and also let him know about what hvac Michael had told me and he said he would get back to me. Well 3 emails sent with no reply. All I need to know is will the verbal communication provided to me by Michael going to be acknowledged or not, that's it, a simple response to the emails sent. The work is good but other things are not in my opinion and thank you.

I also want to commend Tyler W for his inspection work and recommendations and explanation of problems encountered. I want to recognize the entire team at AAA Plumbing and Heating. First Alejandro identified problems with our 15 year old heating/cooling system. After discussion with repair vs new system we spoke with Eddie Russell, who gave us our purchase options and advise. They were both very knowledgeable and informative. The team that put in our new HVAC system was great to work with. They were all very professional and worked well as a team to provide efficient service. Randy Chavez was the team lead. He was great in role as team leader and his knowledge and expertise were much appreciated for the install. I also want to add a positive 5 star review for JD Johnson, who did plumbing repairs on 5/15/24. He was very professional and did repairs in a timely manner. Awesome work! On time and very professional. We have been using AAA for multiple years for preventative maintenance and have been very happy. We recently had Tyler Wurthrich service our hot water heater and Chris Knotts service our HVAC. Both we on time, friendly and very professional. Tyler also helped identify that our water heater was approaching failure with rust staining down onto the burner. Glad to get that identified before a basement flood!

We had a complete upgrade to our almost 100 yr. old house. From the first person to arrive (Anthony Lupo) to the last one to depart (Rodney Jeffers) we had an outstanding experience with their entire crew. Unfortunately (I failed to get all their names) every one of them was respectful and thorough in the job they did to our home.

The services, technicians, and were are awesome! They’ve done several big jobs for us and have always been timely, excellent, and we’re happy to recommend them. However, I’m giving them only 4 stars because we have always requested hard copies of the estimates, work orders, contracts, warranties, etc. and have never received anything in hard copy. Not even the details of the service membership.

Once again, AAA Service Plumbing, Heating & Electric has provided us with excellent service (as they always have!). Josh L. was our service tech and confirmed that what I'd been smelling was indeed a gas leak from our furnace. He clearly explained and showed me the cause of the issue (faulty gas valve) and answered all of my questions thoroughly. This happened on a Saturday, and he was able to get the part replacement scheduled the same day, which isn't guaranteed to happen on the weekend. He also went ahead and performed the annual maintenance the furnace needed, but hadn't yet been scheduled. Josh was professional, of course, friendly, and funny to boot. He took apart both the furnace unit and the A/C unit to show how both units work together and pointed out what parts he had the most concern with. Each step was documented with photos. AAA really came through for us. We’ve had an issue with some outlets and had someone come over and charge us but not fix the issue.
