We recently had to have our breaker box replaced for our house and barn (the breaker box was over 32 years old). AAA did a great job in replacing it, and labeling the switches. This was a big job and they did it all in one day. A big THANK YOU to Joey, Beau, Hayden and David (master Electrician) the team that did this project.

Joe Sotelo was an All Star taking care of a leaking main into our old 1951 home. Really difficult job that required special attention and he made it look easy. He was very good with communication, cleanliness, and doing the job right the first time. I have used AAA 5 times now and each experience has been spot on.

Sorry this is so long but HIRE this company they CARE I had two issues I needed help with. One was a 3 heat duct that was placed right next to each other on the main heat trunk. The first idea was to move the biggest one for a bedroom to a point that was closer to the furnace. Once the tech, Curtis, consulted his trainer he, Chris, came out to my home and gave me an option to move the ceiling register back tword the furnace and ee if that worked, otherwise he would come back and move the duct. This saved me some money if it worked. The second issue was the taste of the tap water after Ryan installed a water softener and filtration systen. The next day Greg Thomson, plumber, came out to see what was causing the taste, Upon recalibrating and checking the water hardness it was determined that everytning was yested as great. He said it might be that since it was installed the day before that it might be the filter, needed to run a few days or the water sofener was cleaning out the copper pipes of the water treatment chemicals that have accumulated inside were being disolved causing the taste problem and it was normal for this to happen. Again let the water being used each day and keep checking. I ask Greg to check my kitchen faucet because the hot water would run for a while and then slowly reduce the flow to none. Upon a number of trials removing check valves on the faucet water lines and checking if they had collasped when they became too hot from the water. Once Greg had removed the checkvalves the hot water ran normally. Bottem line all the techs said that if anything started to be a problem again they would be out to fix it to my satisfation.

Greg Thompson is an amazing plumber - a true professional that deserves 10 stars if that were possible. After multiple unanswered pleas to the company (zero stars) over a 3-day period of water seeping into our basement, Greg arrived on scene and not only quickly addressed the broken pump issue, ran out to pick up the replacement part and installed and fixed the issue within a few hours. He also clearly explained the issue and clearly answered any questions we had. We are so thankful that he was the one that finally came to our rescue. Additionally, on a separate service call, Joe Ortega did an excellent job regarding our annual air-conditioner inspection. He was incredibly thorough and explained everything detail he found, using photos to illustrate the point. We appreciated his time and efforts in educating us with tips for homeowner maintenance.

Late Thursday afternoon we discovered there was a leak under our sink. Rocky came first and then Carlos came to take care of the problem. Each of them was professional and knowledgeable. We especially appreciated the explanation of what went wrong and how they could fix the problem.

I was overcautious about a possible drain blockage and Jimmy was great at explaining that it wasn't a huge concern but checked the drain to help provide a peace of mind. Kindest tech I've likely met, knowledgeable and professional and very personable.

I had John W. out today to have a new EV outlet installed in my garage. I couldn't be happier with his service, professionalism and ability to get the job done right! I took the day off work to have this done and another company canceled 10 minutes before my appointment window. Called AAA and like magic, John W was at my door to get it done. He saved me what would have been a wasted "vacation day" from work. He got the outlet installed quickly and exactly where I wanted it. John was very respectful of my house and made sure my outdoor gates were closed (for my dog) without me even having to ask. I recently had my furnace replaced by AAA Service. Their workers were the all-time greatest. My crew consisted of Travis, Parker, Alex Guardado and Randy Moreno. AAA knows it takes a village and they’ll always ensure that village is there. I’ve had a rough time since closing earlier this month, but AAA promptly came out to investigate my HVAC and Breaker Boxes when needed this month. Eddie & Alejandro came out for the HVAC team, investigated my problem and prepared perfectly for Alex, Kevin and Isaiah to complete the installation to the city inspectors standards. Christian, Cameron and Amelia worked together a few days later once my Wifi was setup to install my thermostat and sensors to monitor my system at home. When I had electrical issues I knew exactly who to call as well — Jon did a great job investigating the issue and creating a wonderful deal to get my power back up and running, as well as some beautiful downlights installed by David the following day. I appreciate them so much, they’ve earned a customer for life!

Big shout out to Spencer Dunnington and David Pineda. They did a new panel upgrade for my house and did an amazing job. I also want to give Jon Williams a huge thank you for taking time to come explain what was needed and why. The guys were professional and nice. I must of come out a half dozen times to ask random questions and check on work, each time I was met with a smile and questions answered quickly and throughly. They also did a great job running a new circuit for my sump pump in the crawl space. I even have a service loop so that it can be moved if needed. Nothing but good things to say about these gentleman and their work. 10/10 would come again!

Had two great service calls today, one for an electrical inspection and the other for the heating tune-up. Both were excellent. Matt M. was our electrician and was very knowledgeable and detailed with information and service. Chris and Cameron performed the heating tune-up and they were both very efficient, friendly, and fast! Highly recommend this company and their very capable service team.

Luis Urquiza came out and did exactly what was necessary to troubleshoot our shower floor leak issue, not expanding it to any more than it needed to be and carefully showing us the reasons behind his diagnosis. We appreciate his approach and working with us!

3” kitchen line erosion, causing back up problems, it was replaced and brought up to code.

David Godfrey was not only prompt, but he also found what was wrong we the toilet and fixed it in a jiffy! In addition, he fixed the hot water flow of our kitchen faucet. I definitely will recommend your company when asked. Jose Gallardo took the time to make sure the kitchen pipes were unclogged. He also recommended doing a a more powerful jet-powered service to get to the mainline if the problem persists. I highly recommend AAA Service.

Carlos was very professional. He explained everything that he was going to do. He performed the task quickly and efficiently. He was very congenial and easy to work with. We plan on using AAA in the future for some of our other plumbing needs

Been using AAA for years across two properties, they always respond quickly and have fixed just about everything in my house. Alejandro E came out today to look at my furnace for winter.

1. Installation was installed professionally and in a timely manner. 2. Installers went through operation and flushing procedure 3. Installers documented the installion with photos and paper work

Carlos Flores is professional, experienced, and respectful! He was so nice even though my dogs were barking at him and interrupting him. I appreciated his knowledge, ability to explain the situation to me in terms I understood, and his understanding when I had clarifying questions. Hopefully you all get him for your service consultation! He is an integral part of AAA’s service.

Michael and Dustin did a great job replacing our old water softener. Before starting the project they confirmed that the unit was failing and causing low water pressure in our home.

We had a brand new shower installed and it was backing up from day 1. The contractor told me it was installed properly and this is just how it will work. Enter Jimmy who assessed the problem and shared my options. He got the video tech Tyler over within the hour and both Jimmy and Tyler located an extra plumbing connector that had fallen down the drain and was blocking the water flow. There was an issue; I wasn’t crazy! They helped me locate it and then problem solve which was exactly what I needed. Will use AAA again. Thanks Jimmy and Tyler!!!

John Johnson did a great job correcting issues the inspector found.

All of the techs (I worked with Jimmy, Tyler, and Andrew) were great. They communicated everything clearly and they got my issues fixed within a day. Only issue I had was that they arrived about an hour after the time slot I was given. Overall I would recommend and will use them again.
