Overall the services that were done in my home is worth a 5 star rating. The tech that installed the furnace didn't clean up after himself. I found that very disappointing. I almost stepped on a piece of sheet metal and I was barefoot at the time. I was extremely appreciative to the other techs that were still here finishing up the wiring through out the house. They cleaned up everything that I asked them to do.

We had a bit of an emergency with our water heater and AAA was incredible in how quickly they came to our rescue. On the phone, Cathy was really understanding our urgent need to have someone come out and professional in organizing someone to come out in just two hours. Roman showed up early and quickly diganosed that we needed to replace our heater. He quickly and efficiently organized everything and was super personable, warm and just a really nice guy on top of his professionalism. He got to work on disconnecting everything while calling Brandon who would come soon after to bring and install our new heater. Brandon was also a complete rockstar. He was so kind, professional and really respectful of our house and rental space. He quickly got to work and had the new water heater all set up in less than 2 hours. Upon arrival John Johnson and I did an inspection. Some issues were evident and others were discovered. Options were laid out including doing nothing. After contemplating, I made a choice. I contacted AAA Plumbing and had the kindest most polite young man named Ayden Franz come out on the call. He explained his suggestion for our issue that would require about $30 - $40 in parts if we would purchase them ourselves I know and possibly an hour labor at the most. When I asked him to give me a bid with AAA, he stated the company would charge right around $1000. As a retired couple on fixed incomes, we found that to be 100% ridiculous!!! We did buy the parts ourselves and completed the job! Probably won’t call this company again but wish Ayden the best because he is an amazing service tech!!!

This past weekend, I had to call AAA Plumbing and Heating because my A/C was not functioning properly. Alejandro Estrada came out to assess the situation. He was very professional and had such a great attitude. He was patient and provided good information for me to better understand the situation. His supervisor, Rob Quinn, came out to determine what would need to be done. In addition to needing a new A/C, I also had to replace my breaker panel which was quite old. Rob was very patient and gave me different options to choose from. He was very helpful. Michael Faller and Brian Fox replaced the breaker panel. Miguel Saavedra and Garrett Yoder replaced the A/C. The technicians were all excellent. They were all nice, patient, efficient and communicated with me very well throughout the project. They were also available for any questions I had. I’m very happy with how everything turned out.

I recently had my heating and cooling checked as well as a breaker panel and smoke detectors replaced. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the results and customer service. Richard Olivas did a thorough job inspecting my heating and cooling and answering my questions, I was impressed. Richard Lewis-Garrett came out a few months ago for an electrical inspection and was super thorough and informative letting me know it was probably time for a new breaker panel, I was glad to see him again and get this project done, he is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain anything I ask which I definitely appreciate. The supervisor came out too for the project to finalize everything, Brian Bach. Very nice guy and felt comfortable asking him anything about what was taking place or voicing any concerns I had, even after he’d left my house. The final guy I want to mention is Joey Meraz. Even though there were issues outside his control which caused the project to start a little late, he spent the time to inform me about everything as well as do a high quality installation for the breaker panel and smoke alarms. Overall, each of these guys went above and beyond and helped put my nerves at ease to the point it was a little sad to see them leave. Thanks for the quality service and time, everyone.

Our AC stopped working and they were able to send out a technician the next morning. Christian Vassilaros was our technician and he was absolutely wonderful. After a backup in the floor drain in our utility room, behind our water heater and HVAC, we called AAA Service and they responded with a few hours to try and clean the line leading to the drain with no luck then they used a camera that showef a break in the line. They recommended a remediation company called Bonedry who also came out within a couple of hours to remove all the wet carpet, drywall, etc.and fans to dry the area out. Good communication and competent, friendly workers who seemed to care about keeping the basement clean as possible during the work. Plastic sheeting was put up containing the work area and a trench with a new pipe put into the floor. They also used high-pressure to clean the sewer lines. Good choice and companies.

Waste Management driver took down the power to my house, on a Friday afternoon. Called one company and they put on a bid. Decided to call AAA and their bid was lower by 20%. They also suggested using an extension cord to keep the refrigerator running. I have friendly neighbors. This an old house and the breaker box had to be brought up to current code. They got here about 4 pm. Sebastian and Dave showed up, and said with any luck we will have power back up Friday evening. Another van showed up with an amazing worker (I forgot his name) he installed the mast that had to go through the roof. Kind of a scary job. This crew was amazing, got everything done by about 10. Called excel and they said probably wouldn't happen until morning (reconnect) but somehow excel showed up at midnight. Power back on!

We had major water hammer issues whenever sprinklers were coming on. Greg Thompson from AAA Service came out and diagnosed a pressure problem. The installers were fantastic. However the salesman that came by didn't tell me he was just the estimator and I thought he was going to be the one to do the work. So I wasn't real convinced that the people that showed up to do the work had been properly briefed on what they needed to do. We're all at the mercy of these heating plumbing and electrical companies to treat you fairly and only do what needs to be done. I was absolutely blown away at the extent of the work they did to fix what seemed to be a fairly simple problem. It cost me $5,000.

Josh was great. He let us know what was going right with our HVAC systems and what needed some attention. He also brought treats for our puppy, who was a little scared of the new person in our home.

Rafael worked on my electric system at my home, he discovered several issues and this included smoke alarms, electric outlets, etc. Rafael was great and went above and beyond. We are so impressed with the employees that help us from AAA Service Plumbing,Heating & Electric. They know how to hire the best people.
