Waste Management driver took down the power to my house, on a Friday afternoon. Called one company and they put on a bid. Decided to call AAA and their bid was lower by 20%. They also suggested using an extension cord to keep the refrigerator running. I have friendly neighbors. This an old house and the breaker box had to be brought up to current code. They got here about 4 pm. Sebastian and Dave showed up, and said with any luck we will have power back up Friday evening. Another van showed up with an amazing worker (I forgot his name) he installed the mast that had to go through the roof. Kind of a scary job. This crew was amazing, got everything done by about 10. Called excel and they said probably wouldn't happen until morning (reconnect) but somehow excel showed up at midnight. Power back on!

We had major water hammer issues whenever sprinklers were coming on. Greg Thompson from AAA Service came out and diagnosed a pressure problem. The installers were fantastic. However the salesman that came by didn't tell me he was just the estimator and I thought he was going to be the one to do the work. So I wasn't real convinced that the people that showed up to do the work had been properly briefed on what they needed to do. We're all at the mercy of these heating plumbing and electrical companies to treat you fairly and only do what needs to be done. I was absolutely blown away at the extent of the work they did to fix what seemed to be a fairly simple problem. It cost me $5,000.

This happened same day, which I was so grateful for! The technicians are very knowledgable and I felt like I was in good hands. The price is a bit high, but I feel confident that the work performed was done right. While the AAA technicians were here installing the water heater, they also worked with us to get a water restoration company to come out ASAP and dry up the floors that got flooded. Overall, even though the price is high, I felt very taken care of and am happy we chose AAA. 05/27/25-My electrician service started with Andrei and then I had Michael and Brian here to do some electrical work. I am overall very satisfied with the service. I really feel in good hands that the work was done right.

Had a plumbing emergency at 6 PM on a Friday and called about ~25 plumbers and AAA was the only one who was willing to come out first thing Saturday morning to diagnose and got it fixed the same day. Anthony and Drew were both professional, knowledgeable and friendly and very generous to spend a beautiful Saturday getting my hot water and shower up and running again. It's great to know they have a 4 year warranty on the parts and services, unlike my previous plumber who installed the knob that broke after 3 months with only a 1 month service warranty. Andrei, Nick, and Joe were amazing on this job. They replaced my main water valves from gates to modern quarter turns, and redid the line going outside to the sprinklers to include a new backflow and blowout component next to the house starting in the basement. They also installed a new sump pump with a lid that shares space with my radon mitigation system that pulls air from the sump hole. They give great inspections and recommendations and got the job done very fast. They also were pros when it comes to having ECCV shut off your main street water line.

We had a pipe burst in the late afternoon. After some clean up it was 6pm, I called AAA Plumbing because I've had good experiences using the before. I was told they don't do emergency charges and if I tech is available they will be there soon. Naylen arrived and was courteous, great with our dogs, and figured out what we needed to do. The damaged pipe was fixed in only a few hours. We are happy with AAA.

Adam was here to do a tuneup of my AC. He went through all the electrical components,He double checked there was enough Freon, He changed out my filter. Talk to me about a possible filter to keep my Electrical components clean with better air quality, He got me hooked up on a Wi-Fi system to read through sensors , He signed me up on the membership and explained everything thoroughly. He was very friendly and was not pushy , He did a very good job and we will have him back in the future , James
