Andrei, Nick, and Joe were amazing on this job. They replaced my main water valves from gates to modern quarter turns, and redid the line going outside to the sprinklers to include a new backflow and blowout component next to the house starting in the basement. They also installed a new sump pump with a lid that shares space with my radon mitigation system that pulls air from the sump hole. They give great inspections and recommendations and got the job done very fast. They also were pros when it comes to having ECCV shut off your main street water line.

We had a pipe burst in the late afternoon. After some clean up it was 6pm, I called AAA Plumbing because I've had good experiences using the before. I was told they don't do emergency charges and if I tech is available they will be there soon. Naylen arrived and was courteous, great with our dogs, and figured out what we needed to do. The damaged pipe was fixed in only a few hours. We are happy with AAA.

Adam was here to do a tuneup of my AC. He went through all the electrical components,He double checked there was enough Freon, He changed out my filter. Talk to me about a possible filter to keep my Electrical components clean with better air quality, He got me hooked up on a Wi-Fi system to read through sensors , He signed me up on the membership and explained everything thoroughly. The only issue was the communication as one was verbally communicated thermostat would be included if hvac project was done, which we hired AAA and that thermostat connection never happened as mentioned by Michael L. Then we had Perry T. come and talk to me about the furnace which we couldn't afford at the moment and would get back to him on. To mention he is a specialist and also let him know about what hvac Michael had told me and he said he would get back to me. Well 3 emails sent with no reply. All I need to know is will the verbal communication provided to me by Michael going to be acknowledged or not, that's it, a simple response to the emails sent. The work is good but other things are not in my opinion and thank you.

Landon came out to do a routine check on our pipes and water heater, and while everything started off as a standard inspection, we ended up needing to replace a few parts. Landon went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. He was thorough, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of. Josh Lawton visited for a routine HVAC inspection. He discovered that the unit in our attic wasn’t in the best shape, but instead of pushing a sale or replacement, he took the time to educate us on how to properly care for it and potentially extend its life. He’s even coming back to clean the unit himself, and based on how great he was, we’d personally request him for any HVAC work moving forward. They are excellent Plumbing Specialists and their expertise showed in the high quality of work,and great explanation of work done so we understood the complexity of the job. They also cleaned up so well, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend them for future needs. I also want to commend Tyler W for his inspection work and recommendations and explanation of problems encountered. I want to recognize the entire team at AAA Plumbing and Heating. First Alejandro identified problems with our 15 year old heating/cooling system. After discussion with repair vs new system we spoke with Eddie Russell, who gave us our purchase options and advise. They were both very knowledgeable and informative. The team that put in our new HVAC system was great to work with. They were all very professional and worked well as a team to provide efficient service. Randy Chavez was the team lead. He was great in role as team leader and his knowledge and expertise were much appreciated for the install. All apprentices, Dahlun, Brandon O. and Damien , worked well together and accomplished a big job by end of day. Kudos team! I feel safe and secure with our beautiful, new HVAC system! I also want to add a positive 5 star review for JD Johnson, who did plumbing repairs on 5/15/24. He was very professional and did repairs in a timely manner. He installed a new main water shut off valve, with a safer valve. The age of our house, and previous water problems made me feel much safer with a new, updated valve. The installers were very friendly, attentive towards neatness of my house and very diligent with their efforts for my complete satisfaction. After AAA Service inspected my HVAC system in my home it was determined that I need a total replacement. Jeremiah & Kelsey walked through all of the issues and provided detailed photos. The following week, the installation crew arrived promptly at 8am and had everything installed and working by 1 pm. Awesome work! On time and very professional. We have been using AAA for multiple years for preventative maintenance and have been very happy. We recently had Tyler Wurthrich service our hot water heater and Chris Knotts service our HVAC. Both we on time, friendly and very professional. Tyler also helped identify that our water heater was approaching failure with rust staining down onto the burner. Glad to get that identified before a basement flood!

We had a complete upgrade to our almost 100 yr. old house. From the first person to arrive (Anthony Lupo) to the last one to depart (Rodney Jeffers) we had an outstanding experience with their entire crew. Unfortunately (I failed to get all their names) every one of them was respectful and thorough in the job they did to our home.

The services, technicians, and were are awesome! They’ve done several big jobs for us and have always been timely, excellent, and we’re happy to recommend them. However, I’m giving them only 4 stars because we have always requested hard copies of the estimates, work orders, contracts, warranties, etc. and have never received anything in hard copy. Not even the details of the service membership.

Once again, AAA Service Plumbing, Heating & Electric has provided us with excellent service (as they always have!). Josh L. was our service tech and confirmed that what I'd been smelling was indeed a gas leak from our furnace. He clearly explained and showed me the cause of the issue (faulty gas valve) and answered all of my questions thoroughly. This happened on a Saturday, and he was able to get the part replacement scheduled the same day, which isn't guaranteed to happen on the weekend. He also went ahead and performed the annual maintenance the furnace needed, but hadn't yet been scheduled. Josh was professional, of course, friendly, and funny to boot. Used AAA for their A/C tune up service. knowledgeable and methodical technician. He took apart both the furnace unit and the A/C unit to show how both units work together and pointed out what parts he had the most concern with. Each step was documented with photos. Provided quotes for each individual issue and recommendations at the end.
