After AAA Service inspected my HVAC system in my home it was determined that I need a total replacement. Jeremiah & Kelsey walked through all of the issues and provided detailed photos. The price tag is always hard to swallow but AAA Service provides many warranties and guarantees in addition to top quality systems. The following week, the installation crew arrived promptly at 8am and had everything installed and working by 1 pm. Mason, Coby & Angel did a great job and Mason took time to explain how to use my new thermostat. Ashley was the team coordinator and was very kind and thorough with her communications to me. Awesome work! On time and very professional. We have been using AAA for multiple years for preventative maintenance and have been very happy. We recently had Tyler Wurthrich service our hot water heater and Chris Knotts service our HVAC. Both we on time, friendly and very professional. Tyler also helped identify that our water heater was approaching failure with rust staining down onto the burner. Glad to get that identified before a basement flood!

We had a complete upgrade to our almost 100 yr. old house. From the first person to arrive (Anthony Lupo) to the last one to depart (Rodney Jeffers) we had an outstanding experience with their entire crew. Unfortunately (I failed to get all their names) every one of them was respectful and thorough in the job they did to our home.

The services, technicians, and were are awesome! They’ve done several big jobs for us and have always been timely, excellent, and we’re happy to recommend them. However, I’m giving them only 4 stars because we have always requested hard copies of the estimates, work orders, contracts, warranties, etc. and have never received anything in hard copy. Not even the details of the service membership.

Once again, AAA Service Plumbing, Heating & Electric has provided us with excellent service (as they always have!). Josh L. was our service tech and confirmed that what I'd been smelling was indeed a gas leak from our furnace. He clearly explained and showed me the cause of the issue (faulty gas valve) and answered all of my questions thoroughly. This happened on a Saturday, and he was able to get the part replacement scheduled the same day, which isn't guaranteed to happen on the weekend. He also went ahead and performed the annual maintenance the furnace needed, but hadn't yet been scheduled. Josh was professional, of course, friendly, and funny to boot. He took apart both the furnace unit and the A/C unit to show how both units work together and pointed out what parts he had the most concern with. Each step was documented with photos. AAA really came through for us. We’ve had an issue with some outlets and had someone come over and charge us but not fix the issue. Matt Mazowski did the work and got everything squared away with no issues. He also installed a couple ceiling fans. He even cleaned up after himself. Matt was friendly and took great care to make sure we were a part of the whole process and took time to go over everything he was doing so that we got exactly what we wanted. Great experience! Joe O gave very thorough service and explanations

AAA Service Plumbing, Heating & Electric replaced the sewer line in our basement. They provided an accurate estimate and description of the process. The crews were well-trained, respected and protected our property, courteous, and willing to answer all questions. Sewer replacement is a dirty mess and the crew cleaned up well beyond my expectations. We were never pressured to "add" work and Mike, the project manager, was very clear on what he thought was not needed and responded quickly to questions. The project took 3 days and involved a different crew each day. That concerned me, but my concern was not warranted. We got to know each crew, all of them very-well qualified, which reflects on the breadth of AAA Service's staff and their quality hiring and training. The first day, Dom and Carlos, prepared the house with plastic on the carpet and sealed off rooms, demolished and removed the concrete, scoped the pipe with a camera to mark the existing pipe and determine the route of the new pipe, began removal of the cast iron pipe and installed a temporary pipe so that we had service that night. They were friendly, hard-working, and answered my questions. The 2nd day Wylie and Humberto came to line the pipe that couldn't be removed and replace the cast iron pipe with PVC where possible. It was a long day with the two working until 10 p.m. - always asking us if it was ok to keep working. They removed the clay soil and the remaining pipe. They explained the lining procedure and their decisions and assured us that we would have service before they left. They kept their humor throughout a long, arduous day. The third day involved putting in concrete and cleaning up a very dirty basement. Aaron led a dedicated crew with Alex doing an outstanding job on the concrete. He did not rush it but ensure that the carpet and flooring would lay flat when replaced. Antonio and Dustin did a great job hauling concrete down to and debris up from the basement. The crew exceeded my expectations in leaving the basement much cleaner than I anticipated. We have confidence that our new sewer line was professionally installed and will last for years. Additionally, the warranty for the service and piping is excellent.

I had them come out the other day and did major repairs. They always show up on time very professional .Explain things .After wards I can tell a huge difference in my water pressure it is much better .I have lived in my house 25 yrs and the water pressure was never that good. They pointed out some things like the electric panel and water heater that were dangerous and they prevented probably a huge danger to my family. Thank you so much . Kameron was here to do some work in our extremely chaotic kitchen, and also clocked that our water pressure was overly high. He managed the gas line and the water pressure regulator in just an hour or so, and was kind, professional, and unobtrusive while doing so. Additionally, he had to be in a kiddo's bedroom for the water main work, and was respectful of her space in a way workers haven't always been.

Had a tune up on my furnace. They really did not do much as far as tuning it, cleaning it More looking for problems to fix. They were very nice but a waste of time It was a special so just out $39.00 but very disapointed

When the tech came to service the furnace despite the issues with the furnace, he was very diligent and comprehensive. When he explained what the issues were and had suggestions of how to proceed, I found him extremely helpful. When he came out the second time to talk about the different styles of furnace that I could install he and the representative that came with him explained everything extremely well, and made all the options clear, and answered all of our questions.

Frankie was the most considerate and helpful technician from AAA Service's; He gave me a fair estimate of plumbing work that needed to be done. It was actually a “bargain” I could not refuse. Professional, courteous, punctual, and yet still down-to-earth. I purchased their annual maintenance package by monthly subscription and have found it was well worth it, as we hadn’t serviced our HVAC, hot water heater, plumbing, or electrical systems since we moved in four years ago. They found some issues and we were able to stave off a potentially bad plumbing situation. Their prices and fees are reasonable for a top-shelf service company and it was a pleasure working with the scheduler and their technicians, Reid & Chuck, on my HVAC system, and Richard on my electrical. When the problem with our AC unit came back, they were out here the day after I called. We will have them out to give us estimates for a new hot water heater and go over heat pump/HVAC options after we just had solar panels installed.

The technician Richard showed up on time, explained what he was doing, & kept me up to date during the time he was here. I highly recommend both the tech & AAA plumbing, heating, & electrical for all my home needs.
