AAA was very responsive right away. Other hvac companies were much harder to get ahold of and schedule. They were transparent about cost all the way through. Richard was our technician and he did such a thorough job. He walked us through every detail, showed us photos, helped us understand and answered all of our questions. On March 5, David P and Joey M. did a complete reset. They checked every outlet. That replaced all the outlets and the switches, including hard to find and replace. The team was very proficient and professional. I appreciate the high quality of their work and I am very pleases with the outcome.
