Pretty sure we're going to be AAA customers for life. AAA has handled our sewer line issues and the subsequent (major) repair work. They have also handled all of the plumbing/gas/electrical work involved in getting us set up with our new water heater, and we are currently working with them to decide on the best option for the future of our HVAC system. They do fantastic work, but what I appreciate the most is that they take the time to explain things in a way that I, very much a layman, can understand. I never feel that they are rushing me, or just looking for a sale, they always explain the details of how different systems work, which means a lot to me - I feel like I can make a more informed decision instead of just kinda panicking into a bad choice.
