**Update** After leaving the initial review I did contact the office and spoke with a Ms. Angela. She was very patient in allowing me to explain the matter. She was also was just an all around pleasant person to speak with. This might seem a little over the top but I didn't just feel heard, I felt comfortable talking to her if that makes sense. I spoke to their rep. that deals with these matters specifically at a later date whose name was Ms. Rachel. Not the same personable experience as talking with Ms. Angela but she did rectify the matter. She sent Carlos F. and he was great. Honestly everyone I've dealt with – Richard O., Anthony L., Carlos, Will, have all been great with exception of Jeremiah G. I would recommend this company. **Initial Review** Jeremiah G basically strong-armed me for a review. I signed up for the happy home club membership and was told I get a free drain clean. He came in and made an assessment did not clean the drain I requested because he felt it wasn't necessary. Then he said if I don't leave a review he'll be forced to charge me an $80 service fee. I was in a bit overwhelmed and gave him my phone and said you leave it. The man went and took a picture of my bathroom, put it on the internet and tried to leave a review at two of your locations. Not happy with that guy. I've had other great people from this company show up and perform inspections so far. The rating really just reflects how I feel about Jeremiah's "service" call.

Ayden is a credit to Aaa Plumbing and his professionalism in dealing with a customer’s confusion is exemplary. Toilet was removed, line snaked and everything working again and done in a hour! We can confidently recommend Aaa Plumbing and specifically Ayden!
