Greg Thompson solved a problem with our water heater. I called AAA and they had Greg out at a time we could be home the same day. He corrected the problem, explained what he did AND also told me about a 4 year warranty I was unaware of. He also explained how to adjust the water temperature if we should need to. Excellent service!
