    We had an outstanding experience from start to finish, and it all began with Jay, our service agent. He was incredibly kind throughout the entire process and went above and beyond when he noticed our boiler was leaking gas. His quick thinking and professionalism in advising us to shut the entire system down kept our home safe, and we’re truly grateful for his care and attention. The company acted fast and had a team out the very next day to install a new combi unit. Their responsiveness was impressive, but the real star of the installation was Rich, the technician. He was everything we could have hoped for—patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure we understood and felt comfortable with our new system. He even shared his cell number for any questions, and when we reached out, he responded quickly and guided us through without hesitation. Rich is an absolute gem for the company.
