Jimmy Goodnight was excellent. He was on time, and forthcoming in communicating his arrival time. He evaluated the situation very quickly, decided that the cleanout closest to the sewer main should be snaked, and skipped to that immediately. He carefully routed the 210lb drain snaking machine carefully around the house to minimize my cleanup and still get the job done quickly.
In and out, he was done in 30 minutes. He did feel a physical snag in the sewer line, so he set up a complimentary video inspection to find out what it was tomorrow. Best part was that he was super enthusiastic to help me fix my problem and happy to get into it, even though he was standing knee deep in the most disgusting sewage imaginable.
Pricing was VERY fair for a commercial snake. There are a lot of people running around with a handheld snake for 100 bucks. I have my own milwaukee unit and just couldn't reach my problem. Jimmy is more expensive than that, but Jimmy ran a 1/2 snake with a big root cutter on it. You cannot get that with a cheap service and the root cutter will long term solve many problems. Access to the equipment and the expertise was absolutely worth it.
